The check-in process was a breeze, the staff, from the reception/front desk to the waiters at the resto to the cleaners are very warm and accommodating – we have not encountered a single staff that was rude or unfriendly. Also, the staff won’t bother you with “tour/activity recommendations” unless you ask for it. Hence, kudos to the management for having well-trained staff. The place was great as it was right in front of the beach so you won’t really have to “plan” when to go to swim or just sit by the ocean as you can go anytime you want – especially when you have kids. They even let you borrow and use their banigs/mats for free! The food at the restaurants were great and affordable – they actually have 2 right on the premises, one offers a complete and different array of food choices and the other one offers quick meals (e.g., tocilog, longsilog, lechonsilog and the like). There is live entertainment every day from the afternoon till late evening and the music was great – you can see/hear the performers from both restaurants. BTW, there is a pool right between the 2 restaurants where you can relax, dip and eat while listening to good music, perfect right! However, the pool is not temperature controlled and it would even be more perfect if it was (especially for those who have babies/toddlers). If you feel like eating somewhere else, there are a lot of restaurants nearby – the food hub (which is like a food court) is where fire dancers perform every evening (3 performances with the first one around 7:30pm and the last one at 10:30pm – if I remember it correctly). One last thing is that the Wi-Fi is great in the rooms and you can also request Wi-Fi access in the restaurants which signal reaches up to the beach so you can browse while sitting on the sand.

The rooms themselves were great – could just use a little more cleaning and I’d recommend some air fresheners too especially in the bathrooms but can’t really complain due to the fast turnover of guests I guess. Also, the hot water in our room was not as hot as I would’ve wanted. The hotel provides liquid soap and shampoo BTW and towels which you can bring with you to the beach. My recommendations for improvement would be: 1. Air fresheners in the rooms, esp. the bath rooms. 2. Hair dryer and a microwave would add more value to the guests 3. Dryer for the wet clothes or maybe even a clothesline to hang and dry our clothes would be great 4. Hot water in our room was not that hot as I would’ve wanted 5. Temperature control for the pool

we had quite a lot of black ants in the bedroom and bathroom, not after food but following paths across the room. we found them on our tooth brushes and in the sink. No service water available, as a in-house guest with breakfast provided it would be nice to have some water. we stayed 2 nights and had no housekeeping- not sure if this is normal or if we had to ask for extra water/coffee/towels. Only minor things, we would definitely stay here again!

It was an amazing experience, our family , friends enjoyed the stay, ambience and location of the resort. The rooms we stayed had a view of the sea which was simply superb. Highly recommended for those who like to hop on to the beach within a minute anytime of the day/night and want a sea view. Great place

One feedback, it would have been good if the bathroom had a hand shower / pail in Deluxe Ocean view room, and a lock in the door. Rest all were good.

I liked most the cleanliness and friendly staff at the restaurant. Food options and taste are fantastic. Mixed of local Filipino dishes and Italian, which my family liked it! It's restaurant in front of the beach with a good live acoustic band during mid-noon until 11pm with some break in between. It could be done better if they could clean the room every day. Their policy is that they can only clean every other day. They could give some exemption if you are with family.

Beach towels can be replaced every other day too. They can improve to evryday change of beach towels.

Location, location, location. Right on the beach, close to most things, great staff, food and facilities. Can not reccomend this place highly enough

Nothing really. I will say, we cut our stay short, originally 10 nights but stayed for 5. As we booked through a 3rd party, management were going to see if they could 'sell' our room and refund us for those nights. Never heard back from them. Apart from that, highly reccomend this resort.

The staffs are superb and very friendly, perfect location with good value of money. Very spacious rooms and strong water pressure.

Stayed here from 10/17/22 to 10/21/22. Resort is beachfront, wifi signal was strong both in the room and general areas/restaurant. Room clean, toilet and bathroom clean, clean towels(although towels replaced on 2nd day including housekeeping service as we were informed upon check-in). Balcony✅minifridge✅bottled water✅toiletries✅. Free daily very good breakfast at the resort's Sensi Restaurant by the beach. Where else can you get that? Fresh seafood can also be cooked and served at your table. Also not to miss the daily live music at the restaurant from late afternoon to around 11 pm or later. We enjoyed the pool, but who really needs it if you have the beach right in front. Owner/Manager Mr Gian and his resort staff/crew were very accommodating and attentive to our needs, very hospitable. GREAT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU CALYPSO FOR MAKING OUR FIRST BORACAY TRIP VERY MEMORABLE!! 👍👍 Already planning for a return trip!😀

Friendly staff, clean, sea front, clean pull, nice live music in the restaurant. Well located in station 2 to explore the island. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant snd breakfast good and fast, friendly service!

Smell from the kitchen on the balcony, but we spent more time on the beautiful white beach and restaurant.

staff are so helpful; location -beach front and close to a lot of stores/resto; clean rooms; seamless check-in/out; value for money; airport transfer is a breeze - you can arrange it with them with additional cost; good food cept the breakfast options - especially for low carbers.

clogged toilet but they were able to fix it; they could improve on their breakfast food choices. Construction is still on-going but will be finished soon; room cleaning and towel change is supposed to be every 2 days but it didn't happen; wifi not so stable but they let us borrow a portable wifi. So if working, suggest to bring your own.
