Not as noisy as expected, a hotel close to the beach, Lots of choices for breakfast, The room was very cold and very comfortable, We don’t connect to WIFI very often, but it seems to be pretty good.

Many things have to be charged extra, and the ketchup on the sheets told us it had not been replaced, The supply of hot water for bathing does not seem to be always available,

Location is absolutely amazing, literally on the beach! Breathtaking view from the bedroom and balcony and bathroom. The room was spotlessly clean and the facilities are amazing. The breakfast in the morning was really delicious and the staff are amazingly friendly.

I didn’t like the bed even though it was really big. The spring mattress was not very comfortable and it sags and makes noises. The bedframe was not extremely strong as it easily makes noises if you move around on the bed. A different and better mattress and stronger bedframe would be great. It is just a recommendation and not really a major problem.

staff was awsome.sobrang accommodating and they all answer with a smile.. may welcome drinks pa from d sweet staff.. early chckin kme.. apaka bait sobra! place was great. malamig ung room..super bango pa may spare towel for beach use basket to use for beach area was also an extra mile and add natin yung payong which i ❤ that was thinking out side of d box. id say over all stay was excellent ohh.. we got d room with bfast. sarap and madami den servings.

room was great.. pero wrong impression ksi ung nasa ads nila since mukhang facing sa beach yung balcony.. but i was wrong..but dey said they will fix ung post for future guest. dats it .. if i am to visit boracay wid my fam i will consider booking wid dem ulet! location is @station 3.. malayo yes. pero malapit namna sa secret beach..

We rented 2 delux family rooms, both rooms were clean. Their staffs were attentive and helpful. I celebrated my birthday with them. The location is beach front. I almost love everything about this place. I will definitely gonna return back.

unfortunately, the internet was not working properly during our entire stay for both 2 rooms. We reported several times and few staffs came. They checked but the issue was still the same until we left. Though, I am pretty sure they able to fix it as they were really attentive, concerned, and eager in finding the solution. Thank you.

The location and the type of hotel. It's beachfront and the hotel is not big so you can go to the beach from your room and vice versa in 5 minutes. And of course, the beachfront view before and while having breakfast is amazing. The hotel does not have amenities, but the price was adjusted accordingly for a great value for money stay. The staffs are nice too, but maybe it's better if they wear uniforms to easily distinguish staffs from guests especially when handing over keys for housekeeping or when making any requests.

The family room was a bit dark, and the continental breakfast and pancakes were bad choices for breakfast. Better take the longanisa and tapa.

First all i was hesitant to book a place in station 3 because of the past experiences area was noisy, and i found the resort. So why not try it again after the island rehabilitation The location is peaceful and the view was splendid. Unbelievably the location was peaceful! Resort has prepared a beach bag and beach towel in the room if you wanna go for a swim or sunbathe who needs a swimming pool!! You got the whole ocean! Im definitely going to book again to the resort

They dont have some toiletries like toothbrush. Blowdry. But i dont mind i always being my own. They dont have kettle. But you can ask the bar. Other than that i was impressed

The staff were friendly especially the one who served our breakfast last wednesday (8.21) and friday (8.23)(i forgot to get her name) She was very accommodating and know in advance what her customers might need. Thank u to for upgrading our room to room w/ balcony due to repainting during our stay. The aircondition was also cold enough that made our stay comfortable. The tv channels has many choices too. The food was indeed delicious specially the tapa which became my husband's favorite. Highly recommended. The place is on the beachfront and near convenience stores.

The shower button was quite defective and the intermittent electricity due to repairs (but still acceptable)

We stayed in 2 different rooms. We especially liked the room with a sea view. On the top floor there is a great terrace where breakfasts were served. You could also have lunch and dinner on the terrace. The menu is very good, the portions are large and wonderfully prepared, the prices are normal. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The staffs are accomodating and friendly. Complimentary breakfast is always good as well as when you order food from the restaurant, very tasty. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sunset from the balcony and at the beach. It is always nice to come back to your room when it is clean as they have cleaning service everyday. Highly recommended!

There was one night when non-check-in guests were at the restaurant past 10 pm and there was so much noise. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I stayed during “low-season August” for 7 nights and it was the best location. In 20 steps from the room my feet were in the sand and another 20 steps in the water. The room I had was pleasant. I loved that I could leave the aircon on while I was out during the day and come home to a freezing room. The room I paid $28/day for was not ocean view, but was easily accessible first floor. It included a breakfast option eat day that was good because it was free. I had the eggs bacon and toast everyday. You could have had a small English breakfast or a Filipino breakfast option too and dining was at the rooftop and there is no better way to wake up than direct sunlight and the beautiful ocean. The sunset on the rooftop was also spectacular. Coca-Cola in a bottle for 61peso was killer deal. In fact I went back after I checked out to have several more! The staff was really nice, sweet and all recognized me by name which was a great experience. I would stay here again if I was in boracay on a budget.

There was better water pressure when it rained than from the sink, shower or toilet. I absolutely hated going #2 because it took several flushes and about 5 minutes because each flush you had to wait a full 1.5 minutes for the tank to refill before flushing again. I would have been embarrassed if I had to share the room with someone else. You can’t flush toilet paper either so all the paper trash has to go in the trash bin inside the room which for us Americans is not ideal. There were a few ants and a fairly large spider that I asked the very sweet staff ladies to scoop up and take outside. Spider was not poisonous but was a little bigger than the size of a 20 peso coin. The Wi-Fi was finicky but was strong when it was connected.
