The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Michael from the breakfast team. Security guards are very helpful too, always greeting with a big smile every time you exit or enter. 7. Fast wifi 8. Adjacent to a mall that features a grocery store and a department store. 9. The laundry shop is located in the basement and offers a 10 PHP discount for hotel guests. It is fast and reliable. We dropped off our clothes before closing time at 9 PM and could collect them at 11 AM the next day, just in time before our flight check-out. 11. They serve delicious breakfast and are open until 9 AM. If you arrive late, as long as you come before 9, they will let you stay and finish your meal. 12. Unlimited water refills are available due to provided water dispensers. Each floor has its own two dispensers, and your room will include a large pitcher for refills. 13. The shuttle runs on time, and there are always e-trikes available outside. If you choose to ride the shared e-trike service, it costs 20 PHP per person. However, if you prefer a private ride, the fare is 150 PHP one way.

1. There are limited breakfast options available, but there is enough variety for a satisfying Filipino breakfast, which is quite delicious. However, the selection of Western options is minimal. We stayed for 8 days and grew bored with the repetitive offerings, which mainly included the same bread (pandesal), same jam, and same type of juice every morning. There is no salad bar, and no egg station, but you can request an omelet made to your preference. 2. No gym 3. I can't swim in the pool because it's not deep enough. It's only suitable for relaxing, drinking shakes, and for kids. 4. Sometimes no driver so free shuttle service will end early 5. Requires 2000php deposit in cash

I liked that the hotel is just new so all fixtures, furnishings, lobby were clean and in good condition. Our room is big and comfortable. Very big pool. There's water dispenser available in every floor and overall the place ia nice and clean.

What I didn't like is the buffet breakfast. It wasn't value for our money. They served food that was like leftover from a chinese restaurant. It was so disappointing. You should do something about this because part of our experience is the food that you serve to ur customers and it should be good enough for the money that we paid for.

Hotel was nice and clean. Great location 5 minute walk from the most gorgeous beach!

We treated ourselves to this hotel as we wanted to relax and stay in a few nights, the tv didn’t work which I went down to ask about the first night. They said they’d send an engineer up and nobody came. I asked again twice over the next two days and it was never fixed which wasn’t great service. The pool layout isn’t great with not many sun loungers and the sun doesn’t really reach the pool so we didn’t end up getting in there either which was also disappointing. Rooms had a weird smell and and WiFi wasn’t great.

Very good price for Boracay. Was nice to have stores and laundry service right in the adjoining property.

Far to restaurants. But we found the Dinibeach Bar and Restaurant and stuck with that mostly. So good.

We were provided complimentary dinner. But before that, the hotel wanted us to get all our info and take a tour of the hotel for an hour, because we were there for leisure. Which is really absurd.

The Buffet breakfast is not that good and dont have a lot of options.

Firstly this hotel is ideally placed for a stay in boracay. Situated next to a simple mall and a supermarket. Just a small distance from a bigger mall and various food areas. Check in is fast and easy, the room is large and had everything needed, fast enough WiFi for browsing and basic streaming after a long day. Outside are boracay famous electric cabs so you can get anywhere very easy from station 1 to 3 up to pika beach. Only downside is the pool is about 3 foot deep so only for small children, not a bog problem when you have beautiful beaches and sea to swim in. All in all a great location

My wife and I had an unforgettable 5-day stay at Canyon Hotels & Resorts Boracay to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary, and it truly made our trip extra special! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality and excellent service made us feel right at home. The hotel’s ambiance, comfort, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, making our anniversary celebration even more memorable. We absolutely enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to coming back to Boracay—and of course, staying here again! I had a very enjoyable stay at Canyon Hotels. The suite was both spacious and immaculate, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The infinity pool was easily accessible, and I appreciated the serene atmosphere. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more pleasant. Additionally, I found the breakfast to be delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my stay and would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

However, there is room for improvement. Before my arrival, I had emailed the hotel mentioning that it was our honeymoon trip and requested a special gift or gesture. Unfortunately, the only options available were chargeable, and I was hoping there would be some complimentary options for special occasions like this. It would be wonderful if the hotel could offer such options in the future.

I appreciate the spaciousness of the room, but the breakfast was mediocre, which I didn’t expect given the pricing. The buffet had limited options, and I missed out on breakfast for two days out of my four-day stay. I’ll book this place again but won’t consider breakfast inclusion.

The room is just beside the pool, and I had already requested a quiet room when I booked this place. Unfortunately, some of the guests were very inconsiderate to others. A group of six stayed up until 1 or 2 am, yapping and laughing loudly, which echoed the entire pool area and right across my room.
