Great location. Great beach.

The wine list is very limited. There were 5 red wine offering and when we made our choice, we were told they did not have it. Very frustrating when you consider that one bottle comprised 20% of their stock and they didn't mention they were out of it until after we settled on it. Also, they charge a 1,500PHP corkage fee. I thought this a bit of a rip-off given their poor choice of wines to begin with. I brought this up with the General Manager, but I walked away with the impression that he really didn't care. We had our dinners at 2 other hotels down the beach ~100m away.

Excellent rooms with lovely amenities on a fab part of the beach.

Rooms not very sound proof so a lot of neighbour noise. Too many weddings 5 in a week taking over the facility to enough room for guests and weddings!

We had a beachfront room & the view is spectacular. i felt safe the whole time with 24 hr security. Everybody is friendly, recognizes you & always ready to help. It is well kept & can’t wait to come back. Special recognition to Sean Saclauso at the pool bat & Kenny Lobino at breakfast buffet👍

The room is beautiful & comfy but the glass enclosures in the barhroom offers no privacy even for couples.

excellent location and amenities

Just the not soundproof walls. Our room is located on the ground floor with a pool view and has a private pool. When I checked-in I asked the reception if it would be too noisy as it's near the pool area and she reassured me that it wouldn't but everyday there was too much noise from the outside. On our first day we were woken up early morning by a sound of a wailing child then on our second night we can hear the TV sound of the room next to us and on our last night there was a sound of moving furnitures above us. It was okay if it's just for a short period of time but it goes on and on so we had no choice but to call the reception. Their fast action was appreciated though.

Wow, what an amazing hotel! The hotel’s beach is simply stunning, as are the pools. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was abundant with plenty of options. Rooms are cleaned in the morning and there’s a refresh service in the afternoon if needed. The rooms are spacious with huge beds. The hotel is a bit far from the center, but it offers van shuttles every two hours. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip. Highly recommended!

We requested one bed (we even mentioned we were on our honeymoon) and received two queen-size beds instead. It was a bit disappointing. Also, there was no smart TV.

The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. The serene atmosphere added an extra layer of magic to the experience. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Situated on the long stretch of Boracay's iconic white beach, it enjoys a prime spot where the beach is cleaner and less crowded. It felt like my own slice of paradise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized retreat in Boracay. It’s a place where every detail has been thoughtfully considered, ensuring a perfect balance of comfort, beauty, and exceptional service.

The breakfast was sumptuous and had a lot of variety so everyday our family enjoyed trying all the different food! Rooms were clean and very comfortable.Service was exceptional, with staff so friendly, helpful and accommodating!

We had to take an early flight from Manila and arrived at hotel at 10 AM but check in is strictly 3pm. Considering we are waiting for our rooms, there should be a an early check in accommodation available , or pre reserved rooms where we could already use to take a nap or lounge in a waiting area rather than having to sit for 4 hours! We had lunch at the restaurant but we could not use facilities

The hotel is stunning, the staff are amazing, the service is top notch.

The fact that they hold events at the hotel is very inconvenient. We had a wedding and couldn't go up to the Panorama pool almost all day. In general, it is very inconvenient that the hotel turns into an event hall because they arrange everything from the morning and build areas there that are closed for the event. Apart from that the hotel is truly amazing.

Beautiful facilities - from the room, the pool areas, the restaurants - it’s all beautifully designed and equipped with all amenities you need. The breakfast has a great range of dishes on offer. The pools and the beach area are very nice too, especially the infinity pool. The staff is very nice and the location of the hotel is great in a quieter part of town.

The air in the room can be quite humid and it gets quite uncomfortable. The pillows and sheets were as such also damp most of the time and because at least the pillows are old it made it uncomfortable to sleep. The staff was nice enough and changed our room but the problem was across all rooms by the looks of it.

Amazing views, very clean place, friendly and always smiling staff. Prime location at Station 1, a few steps away from the beach! The housekeeping team are fab and staff always check on us if ever we need anything. We arrived a day after my birthday so they welcomed us with a cake and a birthday greeting in our room which was very special. Every time housekeeping does our room cleaning they would leave us few postcards for us to have as souvenirs, it was just a lovely lovely stay. Couldn’t recommend enough! From start to finish they were really attentive and we really felt safe, hassle free airport pick up and transfers. P.S. housekeeping even tidy up our charging cables and our toiletries everytime they clean the room, I appreciate this a lot! They have my thanks and love! 🫶🏻
