The hotel was absolutely fabulous and so were all the incredible staff, especially Klaudia on reception. Who is an absolute ambassador for this hotel, and a perfect example of excellence in the hospitality business. The room was so lovely and comfortable, I stayed in room 213. The food was amazing, the location is second to none in this city. Believe me if you are looking for a hotel in this lovely city, look no further, as you have found it. I can’t fault this beautiful, lovely, fabulous hotel in any way, it was outstanding. Everything was simple perfect! A big thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay, I look forward to returning one day!!

Love the location, and the clean design. Extremely comfortable mattress! Amazing breakfast buffet - ladies serving it were lovely and attentive. Hotel kept in great condition - nothing has changed quality wise for 4 years!

Bathroom tiles when wet - extremely slippery! Do not recommend wearing slippers on it. Rooms were very hot even tho heater was off. Noisy room - you can hear other room flushing water:( Unfortunately there was main entrance renovation - which forced me to go around back of the hotel - not nicest area:)

You can’t beat the location. The hotel is situated in a beautiful building, in the historical old town section closed to traffic, with lots of restaurants and old-world European charm. Nicely appointed rooms, very friendly staff, good amenities. We loved their buffet breakfast. It was much more pricey than breakfast in other restaurants nearby but well worth it. We used the pool, and the hot tub. The pool was great, especially as we were the only people there at night.

The SPA center was emty, so we felt like we own the place. Very beautiful and clean, modern and elegant enviroment. Polite and helpful staff begining from receptionist, cleaning ladies and amazing service in Monte Carlo restaurant during breakfast. Location is very convenient and the view through the window is nice.

I believe that gym area can improve. I missed simple mat and 1-2 kg dumbbells. Also, jacuzzi needs fixing: not all seats were working.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Tidy room with very comfortable bed. Language was never a barrier as there was always a staff member who speaks English and able to translate Polish language for us. Being in the heart of the city centre ones is always surrounded by a lot amenities and rest choices. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Only hiccup we experienced was the labile Wifi on the 2nd floor. Needs a little upgrade to improve functionality and guest experience.

Straight on the rynek, really nice and comfy rooms, clean and spacious bathroom. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with appreciated "take-away coffee" available.

Nice spa by itself, however most of the stuffs were turned off. The swimming pool was kind of cold, saunas "on request" which means that you have to ask them for turning them on. Steam sauna needs 20 min to be ready, but dry sauna more than an hour, which makes no sense to wait. I had many hours to enjoy, so it didn't bother me so much eventually.

Good location in the city center. Clean room. We liked the swimmingpool area. Breakfast was good but expensive. The rooms are OK but nothing special. We liked the brewery in the hotel. We liked the private parking option.

Not too many vegeterian options in the restaurant/brewery. Breakfast expensive but there are better options to choose from restaurants near by. No decaf coffee (but it’s common in most places in the city). It was a bit cold in the swimmingpool area and jacuzzi was out of order.

The sauna and pool area are very nice and make for a relaxing stay. The restaurants downstairs were great for breakfast and dinner and the staff—from cleaning personnel to reception—were very friendly and helpful with things such as arranging a taxi during a rainstorm. The showers were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. If I went back for a weekend I would only eat in the restaurants downstairs. The location close to the Cathedral and the Palace is perfect.

Everything was excellent, but if I suggest small improvements, they would be: 1) Ban people from using cell phone and devices such as iPads (or watching of tv and loud phone conversations) in the pool area—this takes away from the soothing music and relaxing environment 2) Remove the large plant from the workout room 3) The Browar restaurant could use a larger wine selection 4) Some of the robes and slippers in the rooms could be bigger (Again, these are extremely small points with the aim of the 9.4 average on Booking to become a 9.7 or 9.8.)

Amazing staff, food is fabulous, rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. Rooms and bar are dog friendly. Also we had a last moment change of dates and the hotel staff went above and beyond in flexablity and patience to make sure we sitll had a booking. Breakfast is FAB. If i could give it more than 10 stars I would !!!

luxurious and clean

the room cleaning did not include clean towels on one of the days - we had to ask and were told to wait while they checked this was ok.. Staff training issue? and no one took used glasses - we had to wash up each day in the bathroom sink which is unacceptable for such a high quality hotel. there was no coffee in the room. we would expect a small in-room machine In that type of hotel or at least high quality dried coffee - there was one decaf sachet and 3 different tea bags so we couldn’t even have the same drink. very odd. on arrival the receptionist took payment for 3 days use of the hotel private car park and the proceeded to advised that they couldn’t guarantee a space and if we wanted a refund we would need to ask the manager. errrr breach of contract????
