The room was big, equipt with everything you could need even tea, coffee, and an electric kettle. No slippers, unfortunately. The room had a slight vintage furniture touch, which was nice - not quite the regular ''hotel'' design room. The bed was big and felt quite used, but still comfortable. As winter is coming, I was able to regulate the radiators to adjust the room temperature to my liking. There was also a large heater rack to dry towels and heat the bathroom in general. The personnel was friendly and answered all our questions. The breakfast in the restaurant downstairs was superb. In general, I hate cottage cheese, but they managed to deliver (probably) the only cottage cheese pancakes that I will ever like. We tried the restaurant in the evening as well. The waiters speak English and provided us with an English menu. We tried the Set of steaks. They brought it on a hot pan and we could witness the steak self-finishing the cooking process from medium rare to well done and it was delicious in the end. The restaurant is a must if you stay at this hotel.

There was a big-ass white stain on the bead mattress at the head level, which quite irritated me, but as I was so tired from the drive I just tried to ignore it. But other than that the room was spotless. The ventilation in the bathroom was bad, if the ventilator is not rolling then the smell of chlorine comes into the air. Small maintenance fixes were also needed for the shower head. Also, the sink was almost clogged.

The location is perfect, all attractions are nearby. The room is quite large and has a mini bar, kettle and tea/coffee, plus 2 complimentary bottles of water (renewed every day). The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, fresh vegetables, fruits, meat and cheese plates, different drink options). We were checked out early and the staff packed a takeaway breakfast (sandwiches, tomatoes, pears, yogurts, water). The front desk staff were very polite and helpful.

It was a bit cold in the room.

A clean and classy hotel in the heart of Białystok. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was large and well furnished. The internet and parking were good, excellent shower.

Confusion to find the entrance of the hotel. Confusion to find your way around the hotel. Staff are unable to perform the intentions of the hotel. Food in the restaurant is over prized and not that good.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. They gave us a free room upgrade which was amazing. Hotel is dog friendly (extra charge 100zlt), our dog also enjoyed his stay. Hotel is next to old town and parks, great location. There is big parking lot next to the hotel, it is free on weekends and weekdays from 17:00-09:00 so we didn’t have to pay. Good breakfast.

Everything was perfect

Location is very good. Close from everything. Good wifi. Own underground parking ( extra charge 45 zl). Dog friendly ( additional charge 50 zl).

Noisy. Old fashion conditioner made too much noise and didn’t cool anything basically. Opened window helps, but bars under the window and noise from the street … matter of taste :-)

It was very lovely place with excellent location. Was nice view from the window and great big room! I liked big size bed, comfortable room with everything needed. Everything was clean and good smell. Big bathroom and shower. For the price it was more than excellent location and room size. Was ok breakfast. Great park next to hotel and free parking. Friendly to dogs, which was important for us.

Not so good was loud noise all the night till 6 am in the morning from the Clubs outside. There was loud people and really loud music next to our hotel from the pub. Maybe it’s only in Holidays, didn’t know that.

We didn't like the first room offered, we were immediately upgraded and had a large room with balcony looking over the park. Parking was convenient, and short walk to centre of the city. staff were consistently friendly and helpful

Breakfast was not impressive, we chose to eat elsewhere

the first room I was given,had very weak Wi-Fi.The reception staff quickly offered another room with stronger Wi-Fi.It worked ok on the evening and night that day but next day it hardly worked

The staff was super helpful with any requests. We had an apartment room, which was super spacious, exactly what we needed, and it was great overall. We travelled with pets (2 greyhounds), so the fact the hotel is pet friendly and they were so helpful & accommodating with anything the hounds needed was absolutely brilliant. The hotel has a great location - very central, a few minutes walk from a number of places and landmarks in the city. It's also so close to a big park and the Branicki Palace & park, which is so great to have with the dogs.

Traditional style, beautifully clean , spacious and comfortable room. Friendly and efficient check-in and other staff. Able to open a door to the balcony for fresh air which is really good.
