It is a place that I have recently been visiting quite often. It offers comfortable rooms, free wifi, and a good breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are OK.

TV system has signal problems and includes only a handful of Polish channels. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room. This time I got a room at the street side. The windows are not that noise-proof, so the traffic woke me up early in the morning. Better to ask for the room at the other side of the building. The room had a nice, newly renovated bathroom. However, the sink was very small, making it difficult to even wash my face without spilling the water all around the place. I do not like being charged upfront for the planned stay (what if I change my mind and want to leave earlier?).

Very comfortable and clean rooms, hotel design , good location, free parking , and also opportunity to make self check it, check out with payment at the same time. It's a great idea, for travellers who arrived later, and should leave earlier.

Shortage of parking places. It's better to have opportunity to book the parking places also.

The hotel administration was very helpful in accommodating my needs. For example, to keep my luggage after checking out, even though they had a renovation going on and closed the hotel during the day. I appreciate their effort to translate my questions and help me. The hotel itself is very tidy and well-managed.

Friendly and warm welcome in this special northern polish city. It was weekend and the center with good restaurants and bars was full of young poeple. Beautiful hospitality in a cold and frosty night. The staff was very helpful, because of a my own mistake to find my cell phone again. Thank´s for all. You´ve maked me happy. There is also a good house bar; and if I come back, than I´ll stay here again.

Everything was terrific but wifi at room 35 was non-existent. The staff members were ok, trying to be careful and helpful all the time. I only took the breakfast and was very good.

No receptionist between 23-7. During this period you can enter the hotel and your room by using a code sent to you by a text message. But in case of any issue or trouble, there is no one to get help from.

It was an unusual check-in experience using code. Comfortable that you can reach the room any time without reception. Really cozy room and nice present

Beautiful place, wonderful staff. On arrival I requested a 2nd night, and was told that the room I was in had already been booked for the 2nd night. 'No problem: leave it with me', reception told me. After (a great) breakfast, I asked if there was anything they needed me to do (maybe move to another room). "Nothing. You can stay in there. It's all sorted". I was told, with a smile. Honestly, what could be better‽ Seriously, beyond flawless. Thank you

After wracking my brain, all I can think of is that the TV was in Polish (well, it is in Poland!). That's not a criticism, but shows how good everything else was!

Excellent location and value. Walking distance to old market, bars/restaurants, and tourist attractions. Friendly people. Excellent parking

WiFi was intermittent. Room was never cleaned. Not sure if breakfast was served or not.
