Well, before we booked, we asked if there are any parties in the hotel since we had read it could get loud if there are. Luckily it was fine - there was a gathering that ended at 19:00 the latest. We got a nice room and there were no noises. If there were, Id sure be pissed and I think it shouldnt be allowed as it really damaged the beautiful image of the hotel we have now. The breakfast was amazing. Incredibly beautiful and sophisticated. The pool and sauna was lovely. Staff - friendly. Overall it was a wonderful experience and Id choose to come back.

Everything was clean, though the chest in the room begs for chemical cleaning (room 208).

Super underground parking, simple rooms with decent balcony, real soundproof walls and no nonsense interior design. The real deal is in the restaurant. Great food changed monthly by the chef, impressive wine menu, a sabre to decapitate champagne bottles (!) and a breakfast of champions. Bravo for the large choice of honey in the lobby boutique area.

A trickle of water in my shower alas, the mini fridge in a room cupboard with no air holes & the depressing neighborhood (oh, those project type buildings in vis-à-vis...)

Great breakfast, and food in general,, with wide variety to choose from and smooth, nice to drink, coffe from a coffe machine. Well designed and bigger than avarage room(two single beds) with a big bathroom. Nice and helpful personel. Should keep in mind that communication in english you will get at the reception as the other stuff mostly don't talk in it. Worth ordering massages if you want to get a nice relaxation. SPA zone appreciated. Has a pool with integrated jacuzzy function as well there's a dry and infrared saunas.

Wow. Just Wow. It was the best hotel i have ever stayed in whole Poland. My wife and I liked everything here. Good location, stylish interior, fantastic restaurant. Only the best words about, will come back every time i stay in Byalostok.

Such a great hotel cannot have such cheap economy class bedding - change the synthetic blankets and pillows urgently, it brings your name down; one more correction is needed - bath cosmetics and disposable products - cheap and too few of them (there are no cosmetic pads)

It was a pleasant surprise. The food was very tasty – the breakfast was the best we've ever had anywhere. What a selection and flavors! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. We would definitely visit again!

The hotel is near by car to the city center, a small clean and well-equipped hotel, offers spacious and clean rooms, the spa area is small, but well-equipped, we were alone 3 people, so we didn't feel crowded, there are two sauna rooms and a spacious jacuzzi. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The hotel has a restaurant we ate there and it was very tasty. Expensive compared to restaurants outside, Typical dishes for the region served in an appetizing way, the staff was very professional and inviting. I recommend this restaurant.

At the Breakfast, some of the tables were dirty with plates from previous diners, the manager of the area was busy with his own affairs and did not come to us until we called him to solve a problem. The couch in the room was uneven and crooked and it was not comfortable to sleep on

Second time here on a motorcycle trip through eastern Europe. Short but very pleasant stay. Reception and restaurant staff were flexible to arrange us a possibility have a sauna before delicious dinner. Rooms are awesome, as is their breakfast.

Fantastic hotel with a great nod to the heritage of the building, which was, in a previous life, an Officers Quarters for the Polish Military. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They hotel has great attention to detail and features that reflect the past life of the building. The on-site restaurant is a must if you are staying - great food, fantastic presentation and lovely staff.
