Breakfast buffet was very nice with traditional polish food, bacon & eggs and a selection of cheeses & meats as well as cheesecake. Parking was easily accessible and plenty on the courtyard and close to the entrance. Personnel was friendly and still willing to provide us with a couple of beers only 2 minutes before closing time of the bar, even having to change the beer barrel as they just ran out pouring our second beer.

Nothing really, the pillows were standard and thus not that comfortable if you prefer sleeping on harder, more neck-supporting pillows. However, i always have my personal pillow with me to have better neck support.

All was super except the swimming pool which was not working when I was there.

The swimming pool was not working when I was there. This is disappointing taking into consideration that I selected this hotel especially cause it had a swimming pool and spa. If I knew it was broken I'd stay closer to the airport. So taking into consideration there is nothing to do in the area it was very disappointing. I didn't get any discount for that either. The massage was also not great.

The rooms are very nice for the price, are clean, have comfortable beds, the bathroom is nice and has lots of towels. My wife had an ayurvedic massage (or something like that) which she absolutely loved. The food in the Indian restaurant was fantastic, although we did make it clear that we had been to India twice and wanted our food nice and spicy. From what the waitress said, usually the food is not spicy since the locals do not eat spicy food. So, ask for your food to be hot and spicy!

When I asked for the bill in the Indian restaurant, the waitress just told me the total of the bill and I paid with my card and I told her that I wanted to add a tip, which she happily did. But then she brought me the itemized bill and to my surprise, there was already a "service" charge added to the price. This means that I paid double for a tip which is absolutely WRONG! I'm really not happy that she didn't tell me that the tip was already included in the price and happily made me pay twice. In any case, it is WRONG to include "service" in the bill and it is WRONG to not give the customer the bill itemized bill BEFORE paying.

From the moment we arrived the whole experience was brilliant. The staff were courteous friendly and very helpful. We had an evening meal to die for i had lamb shanks on lovely creamy mash with young green beans on the side, my wife tried the curried prawns with a garlic naan beautiful. The buffet breakfast had everything you could wish for I would definitely stay again and recommend to all

Nothing, even the Parking was very good

It was a very nice stay. Some highlights include: - the sauna was great (possible to make it very hot) - the staff was very helpful. I forgot something in the room, and they sent it via post the next day without any fuss - there is always plenty of free parking space right in front of the hotel - it has character Please note: it's perfect if you have a car, but skip it if you want to explore the center.

The staff was extremely helpful not just when we arrived, but also replying to my numerous questions and requests. We stayed in a family room with two large double beds. Member of staff even came to check if we all will fit comfortably in the room! The room was very clean, spacious and beds comfortable. Shame that we only stayed for one night on our onwards journey to Lithuania.

Good value. Nice small spa and pool. Great for kids. Friendly staff and interesting Indian menu at restaurant. Good location if passing by and need a place to stay. World needs more small independent hotels like this.

Some noise from upstairs room. Internet wasn’t working for most of the stay and TV wasn’t working.

Highly recommended! Very polite staff, ready to assist with any question. Extremely clean rooms, complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the room, swimming pool. Free ample parking on the hotel premises. Excellent combination of price and quality.

I have stopped there several times. I can only recommend it. Uncomplicated, good location near the motorway. You can also have a good dinner in the restaurant. The excellent Polish breakfast is definitely a highlight. You should take enough time for it :). The mattresses are getting a bit long in the tooth and need some upgrading.

Some people may be disappointed by lack of kettle, fridge or aircon in the room (I stayed during a particularly hot and humid period but there was a fan in the room)
