Supwr accomodating, very clean and family friendly. Extremely polite staff (Katarzyna, Milena). Great spot for afternoon activities with kids Bar Polana. Superb pool and facilities.

I wish the second restaurant would be open during weekdays (Spichlerz). Moto cafe had a minimal choice. Seems like Topacz is a bit underdeveloped - it’s definitely missing nice cafe and dessert spot, second restaurant. The main restaurant dishes are far from great - we expected way higher quality in the peak of season. They didn’t have a couple of wines that were listed on the menu. (vetliner). I wish they would have more staff in the spa - it was impossible to get in for a treatment.

Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

be aware that the whole place is open to public, there were lots of people on the hotel grounds that are not in house guests, not very pleasant especially when you go from the spa to another building. only one restaurant was open.

Location, unique park, vintage cars museum, helpful staff. Perfect place for adults to stay for 1 night, or for the event.

This is not the hotel for the families with kids. Playground located in restaurant is for babies till 2 years. The only activity you can have with kids is a swimming pool and visiting museum of vintage cars. There is no food for the kids, except breakfast. 4 positions in kids menu only: tomato soup, fish fingers…. No complaints, it is clear that the restaurant is gourmet, but then you need to remove the information that there is food for children. Music plays loudly in the corridors of the building till late evening and all day. Only after my kind request after 10pm it was switched off. So if you need to have a rest, you have to think about another place to stay.

The whole place is just beautiful, magical, romantic, well organised, loads of activities to do. Amazing food in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was great too.

People at the reception could be a bit better in terms of communication. Informing about facilities and telling what's available. I was given take away food without cutlery and told simply sorry no cutlery. Day after I have received that no issues, so I guess the person was missing some basic training. My boyfriend was having issues to communicate when speaking English on few occasions. It was hard to catch phone connection sometimes.

Fabulous place for relaxing, we were really surprised how beautifully it is restored. It has a unique atmosphere. You can really feel passion someone had for the place. The wellness centre had everything we needed. It wasn't crowded, and we could use all the amenities easily. Staff is extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. And food - wow, it was absolutely exceptional. We were there during Valentines Day and got extra surprise in our room on arrival - really nie touch.

The bedding was a bit uncomfortable. Also, we could hear the neighbours through the walls and celling.

The whole place is just so lovely done and cared for, with so much attention to detail and a feeling for quality. Nothing looked or felt happy or flimsy. With the wonderful park and building arrangement, you feel like being part of Downton Abbey ;-) The staff is wonderful, the spa area is nice, and the breakfast is very good (but not fantastic). The restaurant stands out with really delicious food for a very fair price. Everybody loves dogs here; that is a big plus. The price for the room is justified. We'll definitely come again!

The drink prices in the restaurant are steep, for both beer and wine. The Finnish sauna is very small and much too hot (>100 degrees Celsius), while the outside whirlpool is a few degrees too cool (less than 30° Celsius, I'd guess). Bathrobes are not supplied, and there's only one towel for sauna and swimming per person. The nearby highway is audible with open windows, and if there's a party in the museum building, you will hear the music in the Gardener's House.

A very cool place to stay. I'll definitely come back again! The breakfast is tasty, the spa complex is new and nice to use, the staff is friendly and speaking English. There is a small grocery store near by and a bus to a shopping mall. But the most important is the lake, nature and silent nights.

We had an issue with a noice in the two floor room as the door in the corridor could not be blocked and it was slamming and shaking a beam our bed was standing on. I've asked to move to a different room and was super-happy with that one.

We keep returning to the hotel again and again, and it does not disappoint! Perfect place for travellers with dogs. Excellent restaurant, and our dog was allowed to attend the dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The breakfast was one of the best we have had!!! Super great choice and plenty of gluten-free and lactose free options!

Our room was a bit hot and the temperature regulation did not work that well.

It was a beautiful place to stay at during our honeymoon. It was elegant, but also bursting with nature with its beautiful greenery and the lake. The buildings were absolutely charming - inside and out. We had a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived and even a pet bed for our dog, along with two bowls for him - one with water and one with a snack. The breakfast buffet was varied and very tasty. The place was very clean and cosy, absolutely spotless. We really appreciated every moment in this place.
