The location is perfect - it's in the old town and only ~15 min walk away from the railway station. The building looks very beautiful from the outside, the staff is friendly, all the facilities (shower, hot water, kettle, heaters) worked well. Shower gel, soap, shampoo, some tea are provided. We stayed one night only and the room is good for such a short stay.

I do not see any specific improvement areas, but there are a few facts for the visitors: 1) we used a room with twin beds - it's rather tiny, located on the 3rd floor what is the last floor of the building: you'll have to climb by stairs to the 5th level of a building. Mind it if you have large luggage. 2) the room is facing back = no nice view, no view at all, only some roofs. 3) the clock of the Town Hall rings every hour and you hear it rather well)). Fortunately 12am - 7am are quiet hours. 4) beds are too soft for my taste, but ok for a short stay.

The hotel has an unbeatable location-right in the center in a historical building. Our room was on the last floor and was a bit long and narrow with two separate beds but not next to each other. We had to take quite steep stairs to reach our room (no lift)which was not a problem but it might be quite difficult for some people with mobility issues. Kettle, cups and instant coffee is provided in the room. The staff was friendly and kept our luggage after checkout. To sum up, it was pretty basic but not bad for a couple of days. And again you cannot find better location!

There is no fridge in the room, no common space, internet was not working in the room; no breakfast

19th century college-dorm atmosphere in an old building with a patina, in the very centre of the city, on Dluga Street. From the window of the room you could see the Neptun fountain. The room is simple but clean. My room had a private bathroom, no problem at all.

Breakfast at the Pellowski café is quite plentiful, but a bit monotonous for longer stays, as you can choose between scrambled or fried eggs. As the accommodation is in the middle of the bustling centre of Gdansk, it's not very quiet, and on weekends you can enjoy the loudness of the party crowds and street musicians all night long, but it has its own atmosphere, so if you prefer quiet, noiseless nights, don't book in the city centre.

The location is super (if you don't care for the noise in the main square, in the evening...), in the very center of the city and next to main attractions, and in the same building as the tourist info :-)). Essential for a short stay, kind staff.

Don't expect the same facilities as in an hotel (I preferred to use the hot water kettle in the room, than choosing the optional breakfast in some cafè nearby). You can leave your luggage, but there's no common area, even for a stop.

The location is super, it is situated in a very CENTER, it’s a historical building, furnitures are so nice , in old style, everything was very clean.

Unfortunately the smell in the bathroom was terrible but I think it was because of the age of the toilet system, since everything was very clean, smell was from water pipes.

Superb location, building with a character :) However, please mind, property is in the heart of old town very close to Neptune's Fountain and surroundings can be a bit noisy till wee hours of the night.

The location of the place is perfect, it is in the city center, so you can easily go for a walk and drop in if necessary. The view from the window is amazing. I liked the atmosphere of the place. It was warm in the room though it was chilly outside. One might find it a bit noisy till rather late hours and you can hear the clock striking every hour; as I read about it, we took ear plugs. There is no hair dryer but I usually do need one.

Great location, great price, clean rooms.

We were very happy with our stay. Our only complaint would be that the rooms were incredibly hot. Like, tropical rainforest hot. Fans are provided but aircon was needed.
