The hotel is central. Very convenient to get to the historical sites and the river. Other reviewers had said that there is music coming from the street. We did hear the music but it finished by 11pm and I slept well despite being a light sleeper. The mattress is very comfortable. The staff was very helpful in everything that we needed.

Our room was very small with very limited space to be able to get out of bed. Not sure if all rooms are the same size. No full length mirror. Otherwise it was ok.

Location is excellent. You are in the middle of the old city. The room is small but very cosy and i like that it was a small kettle to make tea. Lovely view from the window. Excellent staff, supportive, helpful, sufficient English for communication. Breakfast is very good and worth its money. Buffet with good selection. It was winter but the room was warm. Bathroom has much space and comfortable. Zabka shop is in front of the hotel so you can buy water, or whatever. Good balance of location-price-comfort

During the high season, summer time it will be very noisy at night and it might be difficult to sleep. But it is the price you pay to live in the old city - tourists hang around all nights at such places. So if you need to sleep then better not to stay in the old city at all.

The most fantastic location. Right in the centre of the Old Town and directly opposite the Basilica and a minute walk from Long Street. Hotel room was very warm, clean and facilities were good. Staff were very helpful. The 24 hour reception desk, allowing you to check-in and check-out very late at night or very early in the morning was great for us! Will most definitely stay here again if I am in Gdańsk and would highly recommend Artus :)

Only that the hotel breakfast was quite expensive.

Location is fantastic - right in the heart of the old town, immediately opposite the amazing Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption and a short walk from the waterfront. Room was very clean and situated at the rear of the hotel, so very quiet. No Aircon but a fan was supplied and helped with the very warm overnight temperatures. Lunch at the hotel was excellent and it was enjoyable to have it sitting outside. Desk staff were friendly. Great value for money.

No aircon - daytime temperature around mid-20s during our stay and rooms stuffy at night - a room fan helped.

Perfect location in the heart of the old town, all historical landmarks within some steps. Own parking places are a big plus. Giod breakfast.

I had too loud neighbours in the first night, making a lot of noise with doors and loud speech on the floor till 2:00 in the morning. Next evening one of those idiots was permanently kicking a room door some 20 minutes long at 1:00 in the night, until I called the reception for help. I was wondering that noone was caring about the big noise, just me. Third night was OK.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just around the corner from Dlugi Targ and opposite st Mary’s church with lots of places to eat and shop. Reception staff were friendly and we could leave our luggage after we checked out nice and securely until we were ready to go to the airport. The rooms were nice and warm and heating was on which was really welcome in the cold weather. Rooms were cleaned daily and the cleaners were extremely friendly and thorough :)

Very good value for money, especially if you are traveling with family. Clean Room, good food, generally great vibe of old town. Super close to Dluga street and very tasty breakfast (many options even for picky eaters)

Internet connection was acting funny - many times just broken connections - Had to switch to mobile to actually guy train tickets. Other than that - all good. Generally I have no more comments just getting to required number of characters in review.

very central location, very clean and comfortable bed. staff spoke good English and check in and out was swift. good value for money, single bedroom on the top floor as I was travelling solo.

it is located right next to a bell tower that was going at all hours throughout the day and into the late evening. so if you’re a person that parties late and gets up late beware as this will wake you quite early (unless you bring ear plugs of course!). other than that my room was next to the elevator so early risers could also be heard.

Excellent. Breakfast seemingly more polish-oriented but a wide variation with same base products and some differences every day keeping it fresh :) EXCELLENT location, close to everything important!

Nothing really. Perhaps a tad noisy from the street, but it wasnt a problem and u get complementary earbuds from the Hotel (I slept absolutely fine without them!).

In comparison with the room a decent bathroom, spacious and neat and very clean overall. Good breakfast as well, coffee machine is too slow if many people use the restaurant, coffee itself is good!

Room looked small, think due to the what outdated furniture (dark colours) and the chair in front of the little desk was somewhat wornout. On the other hand everything is there.
