Supper location, great staff, nicde brekkfast

The windows can only be opened when the recep gomes and opens them and asks extra signature to reponsopility waiver... strange

The location cannot be beat. The hotel is perfectly in the center of Gdansk. We thought the room was a decent size. The bathroom was nice. The breakfast had a lot of variety - American and European. The front desk was helpful with our bags after we checked out and wanted to spend a few more hours in the town. All in all, highly recommend.

It was mid May and we had to ask the front desk to allow AC in our room. Without doing so, it was just heat and fan. Once it turned on, we got cooler air. But the amount of blowing was minute. We also couldn't open windows, which we were disappointed in. We thought it would have been nice to not have to ask the front desk to enable AC. Also, the hairdryer cut out when it had the nozzle on. Kinda cheesy.

Location is perfect, rooms are a good size and bathroom is very good although the shower could be a little more powerful. Breakfast is okay with a decent selection although the hot selection isn't what I would call hot. Staff that we interacted with were nice and the housekeeping staff are great.

Pillows on the bed are dreadful and need replacing. Even with an extra one they are still flat and offer no support and are uncomfortable which is a shame as the mattress and duvet are great. At breakfast, the hot products are luke warm at best even when they have just come out. These two things are the only let down of the stay.

Great hotel! It is located in the heart of Gdańsk. We stayed for two nights with our children and dogs. As it was weekend and summer, nightlife was very busy in the streets around us, but luckily we did not hear anything in our room and could sleep well. It might be good to ask for a quiet room in advance, other rooms seemed to be more exposed to the noise of surrounding streets. Great service, good breakfast, clean room with a lot of space, comfortable beds, air conditioning and a nice view. Good and safe parking in the garage under the hotel. A lovely ice cream bar around the corner and a pizzeria just outside the hotels main entrance. Everyone in the family enjoyed the stay at the hotel and in Gdańsk. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Second time here and the experience was even better than first time. Excellent service at check-in from David. We got some great restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. He had a service-oriented attitude with some funny jokes which made the stay warm and welcoming from the beginning. The hotel is located at a central old town location which makes it an excellent base for your Gdańsk adventure. The room was excellent Hilton quality, still feeling very new. Comfy beds, spotless clean bathroom with nice hygienic products. No unwanted surprises. Even the housekeeping staff came by and asked whether we were satisfied with cleaning. For breakfast, you could make your own delicious waffles. If you fancy a carefree stay in old town, come here!

Location was right in centre of town. Walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Bureau de change beside our hotel. St Marys Cathedral was across the street was view from our bedroom.

I m gluten free diet. Menu had only one selection in evening. I ate out. Hard Rock cafe gluten free. Breakfast was continental very nice. Had gluten free bread rolls. That only thing that could be improved. Brillant stay and would stay there again.

A great experience all-round, as I have come to expect from this wonderfull hotel. I have stayed here a couple more times before with my partner, and we will always come back when visiting Gdansk. Large, warm and comfortable rooms. Good bathroom and shower, also very clean and neat, good toiletries plus good enough lighting in the bathroom for a close shave. The room had suficient space, a very comfortable bed and some space for depositing belonging. Plus an iron and ironing table in the room, always a bonus. It had just about enough power outlets, and a view on the main street in Gdańsk Old Town. A hearty breakfast awaits every day in the designated area with option of local specialities like pickeld herring and egg salads and other more traditional breakfast buffets food, al in all quite well stocked, fresh, and good. The gym/fitness center is pretty small, but functional, plenty of equipment for a workout. The lobby space is ample and cosy. And the staff was very polite and attentive, from reception to cleaning staf. The hotel is a very good option when visiting Gdańsk, especially in the winter, beeing quite in the center of the Old Town, so most of the attractions are really in walking distance, including the winter market.

Nothing to complain about

To start with, hotel is in an excellent location for a visit to Gdansk. Right in the centre of the old town and within walking distance to all attractions. The hotel is very clean and the staff there do a great job in keeping the whole hotel in tip top condition. Very friendly and answered all tourist related questions with a high degree of knowledge. Also, it seems every stay comes with the complimentary breakfast and the offerings there for this are excellent and should please all tastes. This is certainly the hotel I would chose if visiting Gdansk again, everything about it was first class.

A fantastic place to stay in Gdansk. We loved (nearly) everything about this hotel. A great location just in front of the most visited St Mary's Church on the one side, and the most popular pedestrian zone-street on the other. However, the hotel is very well isolated so when the area was a very lively place at day & night, the hotel stayed a quiet oasis. Very clean rooms, comfy beds, nice bathroom, a very good breakfast. We will be back.

Not really a flexible offer on early-check in. But we loved everything apart that.
