The dark haired lady at the front desk might be the nicest front desk person I’ve ever encountered. And given that I travel a lot to different places, from hostels to 5 star hotels - that means a lot. Room had a kettle, tea, coffee and some water bottles that were free. Always a plus. You get -10% off your orders at the restaurant on the ground level if you tell the waitress that you’re staying at the hotel.

The walls are very thin. I could hear my neighbors entire conversations, same with the hallway, which woke me up. The room aesthetic is a little outdated. Especially the carpet, it definitely has seen better days.

It was a quick decision to stay for the night in Katowice, so all I needed was a quiet room that would serve the purpose - give me a shelter for the night. As such, it exceeded expectations. The staff told me there was a party in the basement so it might be a bit noisy, but it wasn't. I enjoyed a good night's sleep, which is what I was after. The room was clean, all the facilities were in place and it was relatively spacious for a single.

Well, through no fault of the staff or management, there's little it terms of eateries around. However, the staff was most helpful when I ordered some food delivered to my room, so can't complain, really.

I didn't like the price but taking the quality into consideration, this price was quite understandable. It's just me not needing too much of a brilliant place to sleep at most cases and then preferring to choose cheaper options.

The room was rather small, breakfast acceptable, althouhg no milk was served separately.

The room was excellent, clean . I ate twice in the evening and in the morning. All food was gut and tasty.

The personal in hotel speaks only polish. I think there musst be at least one guy, who speaks English. There is a church near the hotel. It bells every hour

The location of the facility is not too far from the center. Having a car park was my particular preference. The facility manager was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything.

The location is very close to the bus stop from which there are buses to city centre every 5-10 minutes.

Hotel is pretty close to a busy road so when the window is open it can get noisy but that’s about the only complaint I could have

Room was good and everything was okay. There was soap, shampoo and everything available in bathroom which many hotels don't have.

The receptionist was a very welcoming person and very helpful. The restaurant staff were polite and the food was tasty. For the price, the facilities and room extras are good and overall a pleasant atmosphere.

Comfortable and big room with private bathroom, I only stayed one night but it's good value, next to the bus stop.

The restaurant closes so early, but I guess it's because we spanish people are used to eat dinner late
