The location is excellent only 7 mins away by walk to the old town. Shops close by and a mini market right next door. Easy communication with staff and easy check in. Though the building is very old one can find a lift which takes you to the middle floors. Then you just have to go down a flight of stairs. The room (no 8) had two single beds, a mini fridge, a tv and a private bathroom with a shower. Had non-issues with the water pressure since someone else mentioned it in a review. Additionally it has a balcony with two chairs ideal for smoking. This is protected with a net and pigeons cannot come on the balcony. The balcony was very clean. AC is also available in the room. Since the building has old wooden floors it is not soundproof. We did not mind it since we are not light sleepers. There is a kettle and a coffee pod machine but pods are needed if you wish to use it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, addressed any questions promptly and were always available to contact. We left jewellery in the room after checkout and they were very helpful when getting them back to us. Great location, highly reccomend.

Need to pay to get towels and bedsheets changed. The price wasn't much at all and changing towels is not always needed for a short stay yet it was still a surprise that there was a charge. Other than that - no complaints.

Great location for exploring Krakow. Apartment was clean and extremely good value for money. Check in was all remote but worked perfectly for us. Left luggage available when we arrived early.

Nothing really to criticise, except as a small point as a fridge is available maybe a corkscrew and a couple of plates would be useful.

the position and the room were perfect! 2 minutes walking to the beginning of the old town, there’s a supermarket right next to the entrance and the room is very cozy and clean.

the shower floods after 2 minutes; we never saw somebody at the reception for 4 days, so we didn’t know who to ask for breakfast. they never changed towels nor cleaned the room during our stay. Air conditioning (hot air) wasn’t working that good.

It is a great location for exploring the old town on foot. There are also excellent tram links to the Jewish Quarter. The communication with the remote team worked extremely well.

The room was a little tired; the bathroom step was broken. More toilet rolls and shower gel were needed, although we did know these weren’t plentiful before arriving.

Nice place, near centrum of Krakow. Friendly staff, very helpful, they booked the trips for us and the transfer. Clean place, good beds. It was the third time I stayed here and it was very nice again.

Breakfast. Very pricy for what you get. The bathroom was a little bit old, but it was usefull. Door code, it was a little bit confusing for some of us.

We didn't buy breakfast, due to the price being higher than in the surrounding cafes. The location of the hotel is very convenient and is both close to the old city of Krakow and to Glowny train station, Making moving around quite comfortable.

The stay was overall very positive, but room service could benefit from a little speed up, and also for the hot summer days the air conditioning could use improvement in some of the rooms (we complained about the lacking air conditioning in one of the rooms and were answered quickly and moved to a room with working air conditioning).

Ideally located a short walk to the main market square and plenty of shops - one next door. Bus and tram again just a few minutes away.

No reception and I missed the email re collecting the key. Also annoyed at having to pay extra for room service and getting more toilet rolls! I had to go and buy some.

I booked the hotel for my elderly mother in law who has just fled Ukraine’s war with nothing. I warned the hotel before that she had no papers. I can say that the hotel took her in, gave her food, looked after her and made her stay with them as pleasant as it could be. that is the level of care that exists here. the fact that the hotel has everything you need and is comfortable is a bonus. I cannot speak more highly of the hotel and it’s people.

It was really clean, cozy and comfy!

There are so many people going in and out (which is normal) but the front door makes so much noise when people open and close the door. It would be good if someone could fix it. I could hear every time people leaving the building because of the door closing super hard.
