The 1st night we arrived the wifi in the apartment did not work We called the phone number which was supposed to answer after 21:00 but no one replied The next morning we talked with the reception (available after 9:00) and she immediately sent the technician to reconnect the router Pillows are not comfortable- We had to fold them to get a 'real' pillow to sleep on

The apartment perfect for our family city break. Youngest child is 4 years old for context. The staff were lovely & super helpful. Our room was a great size with separate bedroom & kitchen-diner, facilities in the room were excellent, and the bathroom in particular was superb. The location is excellent, a short walk (5 mins max) into the old town. We found plenty of convenience shops nearby and there’s an excellent market nearby (1 min walk). this is the first time we have stayed in an apartment-hotel. The size of the room and comfort for the family out weighed the hotel facilities in our opinion, more home away from home feel. Breakfast is hosted by a neighbouring hotel across the street - we had no issues with this and the food was very good. Would happily return again and highly recommend.

The Istanbul apartment is modern, well equipped and very clean. We have stayed in 6 different apartments/hotels in Krakow as we visit annually and this apartment was the cleanest we’ve ever had. The breakfast is a buffet type at a hotel across the road which is a 30 second walk away and it has a very good selection of food, again better than all we have stayed at before. The staff are very happy (which is always nice) and really helpful and cannot be faulted. Location wise it as around 5 to 10 min walk to the old town square, there are apartments nearer the square, but it’s a short and nice walk to the apartment so was no issue for us (probably worth mentioning that one thing we’ve noticed over the years is that the noise on a weekend, at apartments near the square can be a bit annoying, we didn’t have any issue with noise at Aga apartments). The location is also well placed for the train stn if your doing a bit of travelling around. In summary we’d stay here again, it is excellent.

Stayed at Singapore unit. It was spacious and clean. Beautiful decors. 7-8mins walking distance to the center if you’re a snail like me. Stores, pharmacy, salons and restaurants within 200m. Will not find another place after this.

There was a renovation a couple of days right above our room and i had a newborn who was cranky when she couldn’t nap from the noise. There was no air condition in the bedroom, so had to open the door all the time to make it a bit colder.

The aparthotel is awesome. We were staying in a Sydney apartment with one bedroom, a big living room with a kitchen. Very clean, and bright, with interesting parts of the interior. The double bed was very comfy. The bathroom was great, my little son liked having showers there all the time :) You can find everything you need in the kitchen. Great location, it took us only 10-12 minutes to come to the center from the apartment. It was a little surprise we were given at our arrival - a postcard signed by Radwańska :)

This is a wonderful place for so many reasons. Firstly, it’s 6 minutes walk from the Train station and it’s 8 minutes walk from Rynek Glówny (the Main Square the hive of activity). Welcomed by Sylvia, we were led to our Apartment (Sydney) and showed us around. The Apartment was spotlessly clean - not one smear on glass or piece of dust anywhere. The Apartment is very tastefully designed by Team Radwańska. The perfect balance on the Tennis theme and in no way excessive. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable and the shower is powerful. This place is immaculately kept and managed. A wonderful space to really relax and only minutes away from the hub and buzz of the Krakow nightlife and the centre of the city’s complex and cultural history. Beside the Apartments there is a fabulous Market called Stary Kleparz, together with other shops and food outlets. But the Apartments lie a few minutes walk from many different Restaurants & Bars and Classical Concert venues. A recommendation would be the Wawel Castle tour. AGA Tenis Apartment, we’ll be back to experience one of your other themed apartments, maybe Wimbledon, maybe Istanbul, maybe Beijing.

That I had to leave.

The hotel is owned by an ex professional tennis player. Each room is themed on cities around the world where she played. We stayed in the Wimbledon apartment, full of her memento's of her appearance in the 2012 woman's final against Serena Williams. The hotel is in fantastic condition, very modern rooms and facilities. Great location for the old town square and the Christmas market.

Breakfast was at the hotel across the road. Fortunately not raining when we went across! Breakfast was a high standard continental affair.

New and amazing appartment. Very useful kitchen, comfortable beds, private parking for 60 zloty a day. The location is great! Near the market, old city, mall. Very clean and big shower

If you are coming with more than 2 kids make sure they are short enough to fit in the opened sofa bed. We had 3 girls that slept together in the sofe. They are small so it was OK and didn't bother us too much.

The location was convenient to work and the town center. The design and furnishings were modern.

There were no USB ports to charge up my devices. I had to use an actual key to get into my room but could use either a passcode or key card to enter the building. I would have preferred being able to use the card for everything.

The apartment was clean, tidy and well laid out with good facilities. Location was good for access to all local attractions, shops, restaurants etc. Very secure and safe.

No air conditioning in the bedroom, had to leave the main unit on. The safe was on the floor (inconvenient) and was only a cash box, not big enough for a tablet or lap top.
