we stayed in a very comfortable and spacious one bedroom apartment. It was very well equipped with everything you need. All the staff were very welcoming friendly and went out of there way to make sure we had a comfortable stay. The vegan breakfasts were delicious. if I am lucky enough to return to Krakow we will definitely return to Plantonia and I will be recommending it to all my friends.

The staff were professional, lovely, respectful and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean, tidy and well equipped. PLANTONIA Aparthotel is excellent and in a good location. We really liked the vegan ethos which is at the core of what the hotel offers and at the core of its services. We will definitely be returning to PLANTONIA in the future and want to spend more time in Krakow. It is a great city to be in and to experience. There is so much to learn and discover in Krakow and the PLANTONIA is a good base to do this from.

This is truly amazing location to stay in Krakow. Brand new, super comfortable, very clean. The one bedroom apartment we had was amazingly comfortable for us a couple to live and work. Staff helped me to order flowers for my wife, and overall were very helpful during our stay. Absolutely recommend.

For us it was all perfect.

The location is very close to the historical centre of the city. The accommodation is perfect for a family of three. We loved that the aparthotel has a gym - although small it has everything you need if you still want to maintain your physical form during a vacation (moreover, as the bakery downstairs may turn out to be your guilty pleasure for this stay - the gym will make you feel a bit less guilty :) ). The breakfast choices include vegetarian and vegan which is nice.

We'd be happy for warm breakfast but that is usually the case with aparthotels - you cannot expect it to maintain a kitchen for a relatively small number of guests. Nevertheless, the delivered breakfast was fine, and there is the cafe / bakery downstairs and other cafes not far from the hotel.

The hotel was clean cozy stile, beside the vistola river can go by walk, more supermarket around, room size was perfect especially for family with kids, kitchen was well equipped, parking available all around with charge, washing and drying machines available at basement floor, 10 minutes only to reach center by car

Bad smell comes from master room we tried to contact the staff but nobody solve the problem.. Reception was very small of size.. No daily room cleaning just once from our stay..

The apartment is totally great. Clean, modern , the beds are extremely comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, except for the microwave. Nespresso and 4 capsules made my day. The design and the cleanness are perfect.

The construction works on the street start at 6 a.m. and it's a disaster ( The apartment has the parking , but it's 250 meters away.

We enjoyed our stay at Plantonia hotel greately. The apartment is new, sparkling clean and spacious. Our room faced a quiet side street. The room was filled with air, light and pleasnt relaxing atmosphere. The service and attitude of the staff was wonderful. All the girls at the reception were very nice and helpful. We felt really welcomed at this place. The appartment is well equipped; coffee machine and salt room are a pleasant bonus. Wi-fi worked well all the time.The bed and pillows are really comfy!!! Just perfect to sleep well after a long day of travelling. We highly recommend this place!

We we a group of 8 people (2 families) and we absolutely love the apartment. The location is 15 min walk from the old town, the tram stop is 150m in front of the hotel. Amazing reception service, mrs. Anna was really helpful with our group needs. The staff was really nice overall. The hotel is fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Comfortable beds. We certainly recommend it and we will be back.

The parking is 250m from the hotel. You must reserve it far before you cone because there are just a few parking spots. But it's in a underground garage and your car will be safe.

We were staying in a 3 bed apartment. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped. Although we mostly ate out it had everything you would need to prepare a meal if you wished. It was spotlessly clean and came with coffee pods and a selection of tea bags. Shower gel and washing up liquid were also provided and dishwasher and laundry tablets were available free from reception. There was a small shop in reception selling a selection of foods and snacks and here you could also get complimentary tea and coffee. There is a very good bakery just outside the hotel which is good for breakfast. There are also a few supermarkets a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The main square is an easy 15 minute stroll from the hotel and the castle is about 10 minutes away. We had a great stay here and would not hesitate to return if we come back to Krakow.

We had a wonderful stay at Plantonia Aparthotel after our trip to Poland. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The rooms were fully equipped with everything we could ask for, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The overall service was outstanding, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our stay. The location is also perfect — just about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and very close to the Vistula River. Highly recommended!
