This has not been my first visit at the property but we had the best time. I was visiting it with a group of friends at this time. Everything was excellent. We like the staff that was very helpful and nice. All were naturally kind and mindful of the guests. The place is old but very well renovated and clean. A fairly tale property that is very down to the earth because of the people who run it. The old charm of Krakow ,Poland is meeting the convenience and functionality. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Very fresh breakfast choices , included with the room price. The all day dishes outside of the breakfast done by the place was great. The food was greatly done from the beginning to the end. The air conditioning was turned and working. Sometimes hotels in Europe don’t provide that. We were staying there during the hottest days of the month , i am sure. The inside comfort was highly appreciated by us. The old polish cuisine is fusionend here with other cuisines - like Italian. I’m hoping to be back.

We were very busy during the night with the daily excursions but we were more free in the evenings. A more full tv package would be helpful to have. We could not find anything in English on TV.

A charming hotel with great attention to detail, beautiful décor and superior, friendly service from all the staff. Amazing breakfast, best we have had in Europe. The staff and management were very accommodating and helpful. Quiet neighbourhood with transport connections to the old town. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel. We"ll stay here again.

Darker curtains would have been perfect to prevent light shining into room at night, but this didn't prevent a good night's sleep, and we would still give 10/10.

Everything! We had a lovely room with 10foot ceilings and a brick wall! The ambiance was very old school elegant. The good was exceptional, and breakfast was superb.

Zip. Zero. Nada. There wasn't anything to dislike!

Beautiful hotel on the edge of the town. The city center can however easily be reached by bus (thanks to the very nice receptionist who explained to us how to take the bus). Beautiful room and excellent beds. Furthermore, the hotel has a good restaurant.

Our room was clinically clean and they reserved a parking sport for our EV without hassle. The staff were exceptional and very service minded. We got extended our stay with the same room with no issues even though we mistakenly only booked one night.

Casino was a surprise but less disruptive than feared. The pictures makes the property seem bigger and quieter than it is.

The room was exceptional, one of the best I've stayed in. Very clean - staff were tremendous. Shower room was spacious and airy. Evening meal was extra but reasonably priced and pleasant.

Hot food at breakfast would be better cooked to order

It's a beautiful small hotel in a very calm place, little bit outside from the City. I loved the old furnitured room, it has got a very special mood. The whole hotel is autentic, clean, comfortable. The staff is very friendly especially at the reception.

staff were very nice, breakfast and evening food were excellent and the room was top notch, very comfortable.

nothing we didn’t like about the actual property, just a little close to a main road and a little way out from the old town….bolt scooters helped that out though.

I am vegan and few options initially. However, the staff went out of their way to get some vegan cheese for the next day. But there could have been other options.

Friendly and helpful staff, super clean bedrooms, tasty breakfast with various options and nice coffee. Very good value for money considering the touristic season.
