Breakfast was very tasty, with a lot of options, including deserts. The room was spacious and clean with a very nice bathroom. Beds were comfortable. WiFi was working very well both in the room and breakfast area. The service at the reception was exceptional - even the ladies being trained were very nice :)

Some of the furniture was damaged, with some scraches on it. The room was stuffy, luckily the AC was working well. Currently the road leading to the hotel is being repaired so it can get loud (not hotel's fault of course).

Clean, delicious breakfast, convenient to park the car. No comments, despite the fact that we were with children and a dog. Nearby there is Bidronka, but the hotel has a restaurant. Taxi ordered Bolt

Construction is nearby, but it is temporary, because a modern microdistrict is being built nearby. Therefore, not that it did not like, just there is such a fact, but it did not cause any inconvenience, quietly.

I liked the free parking at the hotel. Breakfast was good, maybe lacked a bit of options.

The whole street was under construction at the time when we had our stay. The guests next to our room had a dog, which was barking the whole time.

We travelled to Krakow with a small group of friends on a humanitarian mission. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was well worth it. Dominika was especially helpful when we needed to rearrange our room configurations and add more people to our reservation. Thank you so much, Dominika! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Good hotel. Good service, especially administrator Ksysztof. He helped us to live there with comfort. He reacted immediately to all requests. He even presented us welcome drink in hotel's restaurant Overall the hotel is good. Quiet, good furniture, air conditioning, good restaurants and breakfasts. I can recommend it to everyone.

It is little bit difficult to access because the because they do the reparation of the road in front and there is constant traffic jam there. So if you order BOLT or Uber they don’t come or you have a long waiting time

The room is not split into rooms, it is an open space. There is a construction in the street

despite the fact that in bathroom you may find brochure about stuff which you may, in case if you have forgotten, get (toothbrush/toothpaste or few other basic stuff), they were "unavailable", what with the given location (no shops nearby, just petrol station) was quite inconvenient.

The hotel was nice and clean

The hotel restaurant stuff in morning was littlebit lazy and you had to ask all the time. breakfast was Good but not enough for all visitors. You had to wait for glass or milk and fried eggs etc. There was no cereals for children, only muesli.

Family and children friendly, it has a lot of toys in the restaurant. The hotel is close to the main road, and has its own parking. Good dishes on the menu.

The location is close to the road, so it can be noisy, the road construction is nearby and traffic jams are often there.
