The apartment is in a great location. Easy walking distance to a great area of the city. Historical centre is not far, and only minutes away on the tram that is located just beside the apartment. The tram network in the city is class. Really easy to move around. There are several very good restaurants in the area, and the apartment is extremely well equipped. The free parking nearby was great. It was secure and is not far away. Just plan your arrival so that you park in the square opposite the apartment so that you can pick up the parking pass and unload luggage. It was really easy and a major plus to have the parking. I received really clear instructions when arriving and entry via code was easy. The apartment was located on the third floor without lift but is no issue. Just be mindful if mobility is an issue. Rooms are very comfortable and exceptional clean.

The location of the house is excellent. The house is lovely, very clean and the host offers free parking at a nearby location which was precious for us.

The access to the parking was quite complicated because we had to enter the apartment take the parking card, go to the parking and then carry our luggage for 300 meters and 3 floors up, back to the apartment. There was no option to park the car for a moment, near the house and leave our luggage first. The bedroom unfortunately had no darkening blinds on the skylight window so had to wake up early in the morning. The bed was also quite narrow and uncomfortable.

Location is just perfect, close to the shops, pubs and restaurants and beautiful Kazimierz. Just cross the Wisła River and you are in the Jewish part of the Krakow. Loads of places to eat, especially famous,,zapiekanka'', that everyone has to try. The apartment it's fully equipped, tea coffee, pots pans, cleaning products and ironing stuff, TV with Netflix, dishwasher and fridge. Sofa bed was huge and comfortable. Air-conditioning in living area and fan in the bedroom ( little bit noisy at night but not as minus) The apartment no 36R is on the top floor, you need to consider that when carrying small children or heavy luggage, as there is no lift. Secured parking is 300 meters away, not ideal but very handy. We absolutely loved staying there, I would recommend and definitely come back.

Great location but far enough away from big crowds. Very safe location. Wonderful to have free parking!! Very smooth & easy check-in. Easy to read instructions for the sauna & whirlpool bath were very helpful! Nice to have a few tourist books to peruse the local sites. LOVED the sauna & the whirlpool bath, especially after a long day of walking & sight-seeing! LOTS OF PILLOWS & the bed was very comfortable!! The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely surprise! Dziekuje bardzo!!

A few little things had not been cleaned: someone had left milk in the frother & it stank, so I washed it out. Something sticky was on the windowsill near the bed (maybe toothpaste?) so I wiped that clean. Otherwise the place was very clean.

This apartment is in a great location, right in the city center of Krakow. Although trams and cars make the area quite noisy, the apartment itself is set back in a building away from the main street, so it’s pleasantly quiet. Access is convenient and secure with a code system. The apartment offers good value for money. It’s modern and well-equipped, featuring a smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning, and central heating, as well as all the necessary kitchenware. However, cleanliness could be improved—there were noticeable oil stains on the furniture, and some of the dishes were not thoroughly cleaned. A nice bonus is the free parking spot. There’s also a shop on the ground floor where you can grab coffee and snacks, and many restaurants are within a short walking distance. Late check-out is available for an additional fee, though it’s a bit pricey; it would be nice if a free extension of up to two hours were offered. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Third floor with no lift

The apartment is located in a well connected area. We rented a car and used the free parking provided by the host which was about 5 minute walk from the property. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. The windows are in the ceiling make it well lit during the day. Its a lovely place to stay in Krakow and I’ll definitely recommend!

There is no lift and no balcony. This wasn't a huge problem for us, but i wanted to mention it for future guests to be aware . The ac is only in the living room. Although powerful, sometimes doesn't reach the bedroom .

We felt very good at the appartment, had all needed. Garage is a plus (note it's not the same building, anyway it's 3min walk and easy to find). Clean, equiped, silent, we walked around Krakow everywhere, but there is also a tram in front of the building. Bonus for us was a Netflix movie for relaxing evening. Recommended for a comfortable and calm stay.

We had no problem at all, but good to know: - 3rd floor (app.31C) and no elevator. - Parking - you need to first park and pay at the street somewhere, after pick up the garage card from the app. and move the car to the garage. - no nets at the windows (i fear a lot all kind of insects, but fortunatelly nothing entered during our stay :))

The apartment was in a great location with full service kitchen and washing machine for long stays. The apartment is right by the river and 10 mins walk to Kazimierz. The parking is located approx 3 mins walk from the apartment but feels very safe (it's a city parking with reserved place for police cars).

Although the apartment has been renovated but the apartments would vibrate when the trams go past the building. However, as the apartment has air conditioning, one can afford to keep the windows locked even during summer

a good location, big appartments with an exelent modern design, according to the pictures. Sauna - is a great advantage! Slippers, all nessesary tableware and technics are avaliable. Even left water a and wine for present, appritiated.

I would recommend to change bed linen to new and wite colored. It is a little bit overused, looks not fresh. It is importnat. Coffe mashine does only filter coffee option. The pressure option dos not working corectly. But it is not a trully minus. Noticed just to become better.
