Breakfast was amazing every day. Plenty of menu options. Great location. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. The tram is right next to the hotel. I only used it twice as I walked everywhere. Jewish Quarter is 10-15mins by foot and Old Town is 20ish mins after that. Both are on the tram route. Lots of excellent restaurants and bars to choose from. I recommend Pro Krakosku Restaurant if you are looking for traditional Polish cuisine, which is in the Jewish Quarter square. Excellent!! Lots to see and do in Krakow.

Would have been nice to kick back in the "bar" with a drink after a long day of sightseeing. It is only used at breakfast time.

The hotel was at a good location, tram was right in front of the door, but even by foot the old town of Krakow was only 15min away. There is a beautiful park right next to and a beautiful basilica. Staff was very friendly, always tired to help. Breakfast was amazing, I was really impressed and cleaning service was also almost impacable. I can only recommend this place!

The hotel have even a small gym, which is a plus however their equipment could be maintained as the elliptical was not usable. BUT they had a small sauna I enjoyed. With the cleaning service, I had to ensure the bathroom was cleaned properly otherwise very nice!

Convenient location next to the city centre area, close to sightseeing and lots of options to eat in a walking distance. The room is larger than I expected, there is enough space for two people for sure, I also had a small balcony that was lovely

The noises can be heard from the hallway, I was waken up by someone leaving their room in the morning. The shower could be kept in the better condition - the rain shower head was spraying water everywhere (because of clogged holes) and there were the signs of mold on the floor

This is a Hotel I would highly recommend if visiting Krakow. The Hotel itself is elegant, very clean. Absolute most helpful staff and very pleasant. I was stunned also by the size of the room,everything in the room you need such as Mini bar, tea and coffee making, wifi etc, and again room very clean and the bathroom is just as good with bath, shower and everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was great! Big selection and very tasty. Good coffee and again the staff were very friendly and helpful.

All necessities are available, very clean and tidy, rooms become dark when you close the curtain during the day light, spacious washrooms. Great location not in the old town but very close to it and easy access to the trams, and you get to visit the city itself and not be forced to the old town.

If you sleep early and you’re a light sleeper and wake up easily with loud noise then I would recommend getting earbuds because the trams are a bit loud but after 11pm they stop so you’ll be fine during the night.

As usual I can count on this hotel. I had horrible delays due to the weather and needed to stay the night in Krakow after landing late at night. I phoned up the hotel and asked if it’s ok to check in after midnight. Staff was happy to accommodate my needs and had no problems at the arrival to the hotel. I always stay at this hotel whether it’s a leisure trip or connecting journey and I don’t see the point using another hotel anywhere else in Krakow. Nice to see there is Amazon Prime and Netflix to unwind.

Great location with tram stop right outside the hotel. Within walking distance to everything you need with some really good food options directly across from the front door of the hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and tidy. I would definitely stay again.

The pillows on the bed were uncomfortable, and I found it hard to sleep on them. There were no toiletries provided apart from soap, which meant having to buy those items.

Location was great. Far enough from crowded areas and close enough to the centre. Trams were close, but no bother me. Staff were very responsive. Room was clean and well equipped.

Just two points which are very subjective. Pillows were to hard, would be nice to have a set of two. And, breakfast. Nothing special (tried on the first morning). In nearby cafes better for the same value of money.

Great area, very clean. Access to nice food spots. Staff are very very very nice. And are very welcoming. The cleaner, cleaner by room exceptionally well, the front door staff were so nice, I didn’t catch his name, but I needed assistance booking an UBER, and he gladly helped me out. When I return to krakow, I will come back to this hotel for sure! Thank you :)

Nothing I didn’t like.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Location was super just by the river and a short walk from the Old Town. Krakow itself, is a lovely town, with good bars and restaurants and friendly locals. The Holocaust memorial at Auschwitz-Birkenau, the World Heritage Site Salt Mine, Schindler's Factory , Wawel Castle are just some of the places that are worth a visit.

Graffiti does degrade what is a lovely city with some fine buildings.
