I hadn't realised I'd booked a small room so.check the square meterage when booking. We were disappointed with the size of the room and it was dirty l and complained so we got an upgrade. The upgrade was much bigger with kitchen facilities (only had a kettle and microwave in the first room and could barely walk around the bed it was so cramped).

As previously mentioned the room was small (expecting studio apartment), unfortunately there were hairs on the bed (both long and short) and the sheet had holes in it, there was also a dirty fork amongst the cutlery. We were fortunate enough to get an upgrade as I wasn't happy at the start. The owner messaged me straight away to arrange the upgrade and it was sorted very quickly. The reviews are based on the upgrade.room

Very good appartments! Well cituated close to centre, parks and various small shops. Appartments have everything required for long vacations. Incredibly friendly staff, ready to solve any problem and provide the necessary advice. Very original style for all - appartments, Wine Garage and Open Space coworking place. Saved in my favourites and highly recommended for everyone who going to visit Krakow.

The location is excellent: on a quiet street, close to a tramway stop, and within walkable distance to Rynek. The host was easy to reach via e-mail or phone. The decor of the studio was elegant and artsy.

Since we stayed for a full week, additional supplies of basics like paper towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper would be helpful- (we bought what we needed). Also, the drying rack for dishes didn't have a tray, and there was no kitchen towel, so doing dishes was a hassle. For someone staying for a couple of nights, it wouldn't be an issue. There is no A/C in the building, only a fan.

The bed was very comfy. The room was clean and modern. The access system with the code was simple. There was coffee and tea, a water kettle, 2 wine glasses, coffee mugs, a small fridge, some cutlery and 2 plates.

The room was a bit more basic (less decorations) than on the pictures and quite small. We were on the top floor, so it were quite some steps. There is no real luggage storage, but we could use some storage space from the restaurant to leave our bags on the last day, which was appreciated.

we were a family of five and I would expected more flexibility to my request of having an extra bedding and an extra set of towels ! the answer was that the facilities cannot be extended to more than 4 people although we booked for 5 and paid more to have the appropriate appt. I think in comparison to my brothers flat traveling along with 4 pax and paid less it was that we had a bigger corridor ? no elevator !

Everything available - from towels to shower gel, WLAN, hairdryer and fully functioning kitchen as well as cutlery and glassware. Nice and clean apartment as a whole. Apartment has a very good location close to parks, supermarkets, public transport and the city centre. Smokers balcony is also available. Check-in and entrance easily handled via personal pin code.

Check-out already at 10am.

Good location clean and tidy separate spare bed in lounge was good lovely and quite. Tram stop at the end of the street giving access to the whole town. Shop and takeaway in walking distance.

The sink in the bathroom had been damaged previously and the tap was loose. Could do with a toaster.

The apartments were clean, comfortable. Spacious. Fridge, kettle etc. Great. 20 minutes walk to the square x

I think it should have had an iron. It had a small ironing board though that was strange. Could have better pillows and more tea and coffee as was only enough for 2 mornings. This is just a suggestion and NOT a negative. X

The location is about a 10 to 15 min walk from the main square. It is in a nice area with local shops nearby. The apartment benefits from wine bar/ bistro underneath. It is very secure with a locked entrance to the apartments. The host was extremely helpful, especially with our flight times and always responded quickly and politely.

We were travelling with a dog, hosts were super responsive and helpful! Our room was clean, had a big bed, shower gel in the shower and a small kitchenette with appliances + microwave. Location was great for us, there is a small park 3 min walking and it was conveniently connected with the Old Town, airport and bus station by tram.

There were some issues with WiFi disconnecting but we were given access to other routes (yet still connection wasn't good enough for video calls so it's smth to keep in mind if one needs to work from home there).
