The apartments are well placed for visiting the old town, Cloth Hall is a 15/20 minute walk or a 5 minute tram ride, there are plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants very close to the apartments but noise wasn't an issue at all as the street is very quiet. The apartment was a good size and lovely and warm, it was a nice mix of original features but with modern comforts. The four apartments shared a breakfast room with a small hob, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided was excellent and a chance to chat with other guests or the host about possible sightseeing activities.

I can't think of anything that didn't meet or exceed my expectations, the apartments are on the first floor with no lift so you might struggle if had limited mobility - but I wouldn't count that as a negative for the apartments as you should check those details first if you have a mobility issue.

These are not individual apartments, but individual rooms in a large apartment of a normal old house in the city. The kitchen is equipped for breakfast where everybody sits together on a large table. The breakfast is served by a very friendly employee. The rooms are very modern equipped. The area is very quiet at night. Good location just 10 mins walk from the market square. A airport pickup service is provided. The WLAN was very good quality.

Just a few minor things: The shower gel was very unusual: no foam and no smell. The normal soap was very liquid. That's why we bought a shower gel. The fan in the bathroom was loud, but did very little. The TV had almost only Polish channels, so a streaming stick would have been good.

Great breakfast, all you can wish is there, salty and sweet. Fantastic host: Gosha and Magdalena are so helpfull and nice, they were of very good help for planning visits. Location is ideal, walking distance to the old city. Room is spatious and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

It's really to say something but this slighly negative point doesn't weight up against the many positive points: noise from the tram passing a bit further on a main street, some works going on in the street and people arriving in the middle of the night. (It has to be noticed that we were sleeping with the window open).

The room was clean, breakfast excellent, the owner very friendly and hospitable and the location is perfect. Restaurants around the corner and within 10-15 minutes you’re on the main square. Or take an electric scooter (step). I highly recommend Cracowdays. Breakfast is excellent. Bread, cheese, meats, sweet stuff, all kinds of cereals and eggs anyway you want, freshly made by the owner.

I had to think about what I missed. Nothing really. Maybe croissants at the breakfast?

Me and my wife have stayed in many places, in many countries, but Cracowdays was something beyond our expectations! We stayed for 6 days. The location of the place, the way the personnel treated us, the breakfast, the fact that the room was amazingly clean -and kept getting cleaned while we were staying there- , words aren't enough to describe our experience! First of all, the breakfast. The breakfast was amazing, even for vegeterians such as ourselves. Many, MANY options, in such a beautiful kitchen! There was a low-playing music and the whole atmosphere of our breakfast was wonderful. Gosha was so kind and so helpful!! And one of the many things that made us love Cracowdays, was the availability of coffee and tea in the kitchen all day long!! I mean, wow! The room was so, SO beautiful and clean! Unique and vintage decoration, with an amazing view outside and even the windows were decorated for Christmas! It was so cosy and honestly, we were so sad to leave it! There was heating available, so the room was always warm and we didn't feel at any moment that we were cold. Regarding the management of our booking, our arrival and our stay, everyone and everything was well organized. We got instant and kind replies to our questions during our booking process, with the help of Cracowdays we arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and we got everything we needed during our stay. If you're travelling to Krakow, don't even bother searching for where to stay. We've done A LOT of research before finally booking in Cracowdays and after our stay there, I can reassure you that THIS is the place you're looking for!!! Once again, words can't describe how grateful we are for our stay in Cracowdays! Thank you everyone so much for this memorable and wonderful experience!! P.s. The attached photo is the view we had while lying in our bed. To this day, 1 month after our trip, we're still longing for this view!

We travelled to Krakow for my husbands 60th birthday in December. The apartment and room was clean, comfortable and very quiet and the breakfast was exceptional. Most of all, the hospitality of the hosts, Magdalena and her son, John was the best. We highly recommend staying at Cracowdays and it is just a short, 5 minute walk to the Old Town.

Nothing negative at all. Maybe, some fragranced shower gel but that’s all.

The accommodation is in a quiet location, about 10 minutes walk from the main square and close to a tram stop. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is spotlessly clean. My room was a good size and the bathroom was great. There is a well stocked kitchen area where it is possible to make tea and coffee during the day. Breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. Above all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you Gosha and Magdalene for making my stay in Krakow so enjoyable.

Nothing. It was perfect.

You can really feel like at home here!! Very comfortable and cozy accomodation, calm and perfectly located, near to old town by foot or tram. Magdalena is an absolute amazing host and provides a great start into the day with her marvellous breakfast which leaves no open wishes. The homely kitchen is to the guests' disposition for preparing tea or coffee or storing anything in the fridge. If you need information and/or recommendations for places to visit or restaurants to go or how to get best to anywhere you want in the area, Magdalena and her husband were very helpful and supportive. Absolutely recommended place to stay!!

Gosha is the most lovely, welcoming hostess. Our bedroom was super quiet and comfortable with excellent heating and a very comfy bed. Breakfast was generous and very nice and the whole place has a very welcoming atmosphere. Great location near to the old town too.

Impossible to think of anything negative so just some constructive comments instead! As a couple we would have loved one large duvet instead of 2 separate single ones. Tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom would be a lovely touch too as we didn't feel comfortable going out in our PJs to the lovely communal kitchen to make coffee early in the morning before breakfast.

We stayed 6 nights altogether, touring Krakow and the vicinity. The place is a small family hotel, professionally and meticulously run by Magdallena. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, breakfast was excellent. Magdallena was very nice and gave us many useful tips on the city. The 15 minute walk to the center of the old town is pleasant, but if you want to avoid it, there is a convenient tram running every few minutes on Karmelicka.
