Nice comfortable beds, very nice pool and sauna facilities. Nice bakcony to sit out on- even if it was probably intended just for smokers. Nice accomodating staff. Kitchen staff was quite knowlegable on food allergies and kitchen did very well to change dishes to suit lactose free and gluten free diet.

Toilet paper was 1ply. A bit annoying. The wifi was shockingly bad. Would constantly fluctuate, disconnect. Just frustrating. No room service on Sundays. The appertment didnt have any plates or utensils. It did have glasses. Air conditioning was good but very noisy. Not bothersome during the day but very bad at night.

The location was excellent for my final destination and very close to places of interest like Unica Piotrkowska and Manufaktura. The staff was very friendly and hospitable, responding to requests immediately and without hesitation even before my arrival. As for the room, it was quite spacious and quiet. The breakfast was also quite rich in both variety and quality.

The bar and the spa could be improved. In the case of the bar, even though I didn't use it, it was a bit old-fashioned for my taste and for the hotel's general modernity. The spa could also receive some updating in terms of the facilities and I think there should be at least one more massager as the hotel is too big to have only one.

The breakfast was great, huge assortment, great food quality, we loved that. The pool is nice however it was boiling hot in the pool area. The equipment of the hotel is great, gym is decent, sauna, pool and bar is decent. The room was very spacious and seemed immaculate, however we found some hairs on the toilet and the plug of it is a little broken. My husband also found hair pieces in the breast occasionally. Staff is nice, however I could see some issues with English, I expect staff to speak English at least apart of they mother tongue in a hotel this size.

Less hair, fix the toilets please.

Rooms were clean and comfortable - and large compared to some European hotel rooms; good, quiet location fairly close to Piotrowska street; good buffet breakfast and excellent dinner food. we ate there twice for dinner and the sous-vide salmon and chicken were wonderful.

lobby is huge and needs some attention to making it more welcoming - right now it’s just a huge empty space with a small reception desk tucked away in a corner. Also our bathroom sink was very slow to drain - when we asked to have it fixed, it was just marginally better. it’s not a big thing - but annoying when you’re brushing your teeth or shaving.

It is a nice and modern hotel with several services to offer for travellers. The swimming pool and the sauna helped me to refresh after a long day and driving. The room was quite and well equipped. The restaurant is excellent. I suggest to use the parking as applicable for you. Excellent value for your money.

We were a family of 4 with small children and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was at the back and it was very quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The sofa was large and comfy too. Breakfast was great - huge choice and it was never too busy with lots of tables available. I'd happily stay there again.

The pool is 1.4 m deep so a bit deep for small children and the bowling is not suitable for kids either as they have no bumper lanes.

I am happy with the modern and new facilities, swimming pool (with sauna), underground parking, restaurant (I only took breakfast and it was served with good quality) and helpful staff. Location is also very good (close to city center, easy to reach by car)

Although the bathroom is very clean and beautiful, but the shower water outlet has small damage (no impact to usage but looks ugly and need maintenance).

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The pool was big and not too warm. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff were super friendly and accommodating allowing my son to store his bike in the luggage room and for us to leave our car on checkout day until we could have lunch in the old town. So kind. Would 100% recommend to friends.

Honestly, nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Stuff always nice trying to help as much as they can

We stayed a year ago and now . The difference its huge. Hotel looks nice but the room look so dirty - so much dust everywhere....you can see a big difference. Breakfast?!- nice and tasty for Polish people or people from similar backgrounds but for English people not really. Maybe it be a good idea to bring some of the English breakfast dishes? Backon or English sausage? . Very good idea with Soya milk - so many people drinking now soya i did like that

Clean, quaiet, comfortable, everything You'd need, even balcony, in the room (important for smokers)! Modern adjustable air conditioning system. Perfect swedish breakfast at the restaurant.

These aren't what we didn't like, but have to mention: bit too big and not totally comfortable by shape (quadrat) toilet "hole", especially for small kids; bed-lamps are plugged-in into normal wall plug-in holes, but these are "connected" with lights in the room - when the lights are off, clients should know, that some plug-ins in the room are also off (somehow marked), while instead of night lamps normal charger can be plugged-in that will not charge Your smartphone over the night... :)
