Great position (just off main strip) with excellent views. Very comfortable bed. Great staff who spoke outstanding English and were clearly interested in their customers. Able to leave luggage with them after departure time. Bath robes (an item that appears to have been abandoned post Covid). Very elegant stairwell. Great shower room (love the under cupboard light) Air conditioning unit easy to use. The owners had clearly visited/stayed in similar properties and tried to get it right.

Couldn’t find the entry door Google maps took us a very weird route Breakfast was served in cafe below the apartment which wasn’t ideal even though the food was excellent.

Apartment is perfect for few nights stay in Łódź. At the heart of Piotrowska street, but in quiet alley. Extremely clean, cosy and warm. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom. We felt safe and nice there. Loads of restaurants and shops just few steps away. Nice, light wine waiting for your arrival is a really nice gesture. I would recommend that place actually to everyone. If you don't like or can't use stairs, no problem,lift is there and it is always working and clean.

Lack of of kitchen appliences - which was actually our fault, we could ask or book a apartment which have all of those. Bigger or more rubbish bins would be great to have. But that's only think which came to my head.

Warm welcome, very kind host. It was raining and I could borrow and umbrella. Nice welcome and easter treats in the room and fudge at reception desk. Very good location, easy to go to grand theatre on foot.

Car park was a failure. There is no place to park at apartments. We were told the there is a parking lot near by (paid which is OK) and we were not accepted at the guard at parking lot. Finding a place to park (paid or free - doesn't matter) was a struggle.

We stayed st 89 Piotrkowska twice now, we just love the location! We booked the same apartment twice, it's number 30, spacious, bright with a bath and the balcony. We started calling the apparent our second home, we will definitely stay here again next time we are visiting family in Łódź. Staff, they are all helpful, amazing and just nice. We asked for a bit of extra time after check out time and it was not a problem at all. Very happy we found that lovely place to stay. See you guys soon.

Location, friendly staff, balcony, bath.

Perfect location if your goal is to see the city! If you like to party, bars, restaurant - all just outside the apartments. Parking lot just near, so a plus in such central location.

Could be quite loud, especially on weekends. So if you want fresh air, and open windows, you will also get lots of noise. Bed was very soft, too soft for my taste. Breakfast in near restaurant - so you can choose from menu only. If you want additional glass of juice or coffe - you need to pay.

Staff was very pleasant at arrival. They made sure our rooms were close together as well. They took us to the actual apartment and showed us exactly how to use the security entrance.

The only thing I would suggest is placing a sign out on the sidewalk with an arrow pointing to the office. We were a bit confused about finding the actual door. Also I helped someone else the next day who was wandering around looking into the instructions trying to find it.

We accidentally bumped into the time of the Summer Festival - the hotel is on a quiet street, so you can't hear the sounds, but when you walk through the gate, it's buzzing with life - full of restaurants, shops, people. We were surprised that the room didn't cost more. The room itself was perfectly clean, comfortable and pleasant, it was a pity we had to leave so quickly. Definitely recommend.

The design of our room was impressively aesthetic and perfect. The room was spotlessly clean. Everything was of high quality. The location was amazing. It is located on a charming and beautiful street. The lady working there was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic apartment with lovely decor in a quiet side street off the middle of the Piotrkowska street. Step out and you find yourself in the pulse of the city’s artery. Lovely restaurants and wine bars with good selection downstairs. Supermarket next door and security on-site. Friendly personnel.

Our stay was perfect - nothing to complain about.

Everything was amazing. The style of the room was fantastic and we truly enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to all nearby attractions.

One thing I would improve is the sofa bed I had rested on for a while, had the fold-able base unevenly designed that made the quick nap not fully enjoyable.
