Great location, really interesting interior and clean rooms.

It was hard to communicate with staff while proceeding booking. They provided short answers or copy pasted information. It wasn’t clear if we will have parking spot or not. Also, it’s a bit complicated to get with a car as the property is in the main Street. They didn’t provide any information how to drive to the hotel only several options where you can leave the car. But as a guest you don’t have time to run around different parking locations and enough knowledge in an unfamiliar city.Also, if you are coming with a big car - do not try to park next to the hotel. Simply, you won’t have enough space to get in the parking lot.

The hotel is located in the quiet heart of Lodz, right on the promenade, and there's a very decent Italian restaurant next door. There are parking spots available for an extra fee, though those can't be booked ahead of time.

This is a minor thing, but we lived on the fourth floor... and the stairs are REALLY steep! It was no fun climbing them with a ton of suitcases and bags, and a couple of small dogs to boot. :) The parking space, while much appreciated, was extremely cramped and difficult to maneuver in (but there's little to be done about that, as it's located in the cramped inner yard).

Cute & comfy older style one room studio apartment in charming laneway above a restaurant. Staff very helpful, free coffee in reception any time..Breakfast available if needed.Right on Piotrkowska which is a fabulous avenue of food & drink. Lodz itself fascinating blend of old & new- great Street Art, science museums etc.

Little noisy while restaurant open but wonderfully quiet during the night

Good location in the center, near tram stops, parking in the yard (if you are lucky), free bottles of water in the corridors and coffee machine by the reception. You have to count that the aparthotel is in an older very nice renovated building and it means no lift and wooden floors, so you can hear every step from the upper room. Kitchen equipment is just for two people, but do not expect you can cook there. We were quite satisfied with breakfests - although they are still the same, they offer eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes; only sweet pastry we missed. Generally, this accomodation is a good choice for a value, style and location, we do not regret to stay there and really enjoy it.

Lovely modern refurbishment of a period building. Excellent staff who were very helpful with all queries. The hotel is really well located on one of the principal streets in Lodz. Good choice for breakfast in restaurant across the road.

Moderately priced apartment hotel in the heart of the city. I was there last time 6 years ago and content for them keeping up the good work.

The room could have been a bit more tidy.

The room was spacious and the location was amazing. It's located in the central where you could find food, transportation so easily. On top of that, the staffs were very helpful and friendly.

No elevator so you may need to climb up stair with your heavy luggage.

Great location, easy contact with reception - and they were very helpful with answering any questions that we had. The room was clean, there was a pot and place to cook

The walls are quiet thin and you can hear people in the next room which may be problematic if you are a light sleeper

Great stay!! Nice oldschool design - raw brick walls and the romantic climate, excellent breakfast, great localization, really nice staff.

The bed mattresses were splitting and making it difficult to sleep close to the significant other ;) but there was also a sofa so we dealt with it.

The location is perfect, the interior of the hotel is very atmosphere

The cleanliness could be better, there was dark hair in the bathroom. To get at the 4th floor with small kid could be challenging, the stairs are too high. The staff was not really friendly.
