What a fantastic and beautiful hotel, located next to the Manufaktura. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, the rooms were also lovely to stay in. Bed and bathroom were perfect, as well as the extensive great breakfast. This hotel is a must to book. We all loved it!

The price for breakfast is quite high, especially if you don't eat much in the morning. For those who do, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice (hot and cold) and beautifully displayed.

The Hotel is very new and everything is in an excellent shape. The rooms were quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was for sure the best I ever had. Staff was very helpful and polite. We even got a little present when checking out.

First of all, the restaurant is one of the main reasons you should consider staying here. The food is a dream! One of the mornings there were very few guests eating breakfasts so they served breakfast at the table, and it was way beyond my expectations. I was worried it wouldn't be enough food, as opposed to the buffet, but it was more than!! Apart from that, the hotel was amazing, situated very nicely in the city centre, right next to the big shopping complex Manufaktura. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay.

* In general, I would recommend this place. * All furniture is in great shape - you can feel quality. * All the hotel is made in a very professional style, which looks amazing. It feels that every little detail is concidered. * Possibility to make simple coffee in the room. * Toiletries & other mini stuff in the room. * Breakfast was enormous.

* I needed to wait for a while for the hot water to start pouring in the shower. * No mini bar. * We got a room that has a view of a shopping center. * Still in general a place is spectacular, and I would recommend it to everyone.

Very spacious and quiet hotel : large room, large corridors, large breakfast room, which breaks from the busy-ness of the surrounding town. Beautiful design that refers to the town's textile history. Quite elaborated breakfast choices. Parking at the back of the hotel (camera surveillance) and pet friendly.

Room was really nice, location is great for Lodz, next to manufaktura. Price for the quality of the room/hotel is good.

Their terms and conditions are geared to making money on people who check out late. I left early so it did not affect but have not seen such a rigid approach before in a 4 star hotel. Didn't try breakfast, too expensive (70 zloty)

As Hotel buffet breakfasts go, the Loom is very good. Great variety of hot and cold food. fantastic smoothies.

Minor observation. Could they please provide tea pots for tea drinker who prefer tea with their breakfast. Any regular tea drinker will tell you a bag in a cup doesn't quite do it !

We spent 2 nights in the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location is brilliant, central and close to many restaurants and cafes. The reception staff was very pleasant.

Great new hotel, close to the main shopping centre in Łódź.. not to far from Piotrkowska Street. comfortable beds, lovely bathroom....

The internet connection was awful in my room... like in year 1990. Also TV picture freeze every 10 minutes...

Spacious room and elegant design. Tasty breakfast and overall good service.
