The room was bigger than expected and the breakfast had a great selection. Hotel was quiet and in excellent location. The reception staff were happy to store my luggage for a few hours too which was very helpful. It is a modern and very comfortable hotel in the heart of Lodz - one I will be returning to as soon as I have my flights booked to Lodz again. The facilities looked great too, though I had no time to use the sauna or gym. Will most certainly use them the next time I visit.

Pillows were not sturdy enough and I had to use both the pillows available in my double bed ( If i traveled with another guests, it would have been a problem as one simply wasn't enough for me).

I recently had the pleasure of staying in an absolutely new apartment with a contemporary Central European style, and it exceeded all my expectations. The apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need. The kitchen is a dream come true, featuring wine glasses, a set of pots and pans, cutlery, an induction stove, an oven, an electric kettle, a large refrigerator, a milk heater, and a capsule coffee machine from Illy. I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee quality from the capsule machine – it's usually not great, but this was an exception. I even asked the landlord for a few extra capsules, which were graciously provided as a complimentary gesture. Just a three-minute walk from the apartment, there's a fantastic coffee house with a stellar Google rating of 4.9. It's the perfect spot for a morning coffee run. Continuing with the apartment's features, the bathroom was immaculate and equipped with a washing machine (the owner thoughtfully provided washing capsules), a hairdryer, and organic olive-based shower cosmetics. The master bedroom had a big, comfortable bed with high-quality bed sheets and an amazing terrace with a view of a beautiful garden and a stunning lemon tree. All windows have roller blinds, ensuring privacy and comfort, and the apartment has two air conditioners to keep it cool. As for the location, it was very convenient for me since I was traveling by car. I found the apartment easily and was able to park in a private parking space. There are several minimarkets and fruit shops nearby, and just a five-minute drive takes you to the new city center, which is bustling with cafes and other attractions. Additionally, I must highlight the incredible hospitality and responsiveness of the apartment owners. They were truly a pleasure to deal with and made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place. A big thank you to the hosts for such a wonderful stay!

Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The hotel is located next to Manufaktura, the location is perfect, not so far from a tram stations.

There is a temperature control panel in the room (one where you can set the desired temperature) and it shines very brightly into your eyes in the dark, preventing you from sleeping normally. It would be good if they came up with something with these panels and covered this light somehow

What a fantastic and beautiful hotel, located next to the Manufaktura. The hotel is very tastefully decorated, the rooms were also lovely to stay in. Bed and bathroom were perfect, as well as the extensive great breakfast. This hotel is a must to book. We all loved it!

The price for breakfast is quite high, especially if you don't eat much in the morning. For those who do, the breakfast is excellent with a lot of choice (hot and cold) and beautifully displayed.

Great location right next to the restored factory district that is full of cafes, restaurants and shops, plus the city center is not far away. The room was well furnished and felt new and fresh. Easy to get to with a car and it has secure parking.

The breakfast was quite expensive when you order it at the cash desk ~21 eur per person. If you'd like to get it, order up front when booking the room.

First of all, the restaurant is one of the main reasons you should consider staying here. The food is a dream! One of the mornings there were very few guests eating breakfasts so they served breakfast at the table, and it was way beyond my expectations. I was worried it wouldn't be enough food, as opposed to the buffet, but it was more than!! Apart from that, the hotel was amazing, situated very nicely in the city centre, right next to the big shopping complex Manufaktura. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay.

Friendly welcome by the staff. We liked the room and bathroom. Bed slept good and like the complementary water bottles. Also the cleaning leady was very friendly and helpfull. Also right behind the parking lot there's a big shopping mall and a spacious squire with many good restaurants.

The other side of the street is mainly empty buildings which gives it a bit of an abandoned vibe. The buildings do not look ugly or creepy however.

The Hotel is very new and everything is in an excellent shape. The rooms were quite big and comfortable. The breakfast was for sure the best I ever had. Staff was very helpful and polite. We even got a little present when checking out.

We loved everything about our stay at The Loom. The hotel is well-situated with easy access to most central locations in Łódź, fantastic restaurant, spacious beautifully decorated rooms and clean modern bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a great rest at the hotel as well as enjoyed the bar and the spa facilities. I can recommend it to everyone who visits the city both for a weekend break or a longer stay.

I liked the location, next to a mall with amenities and able to park for free if space available or pay specifically with hotel parking. It was an interesting focus on the textile theme. Was modern and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was huge and numerous choices. Was very good.

The restaurant was closed and only the bar had appetizers for purchase during the week.
