The lady at the reception (Anna?) who welcomed us was probably the kindest and most pleasant host I’ve ever encountered on my travels (and I’ve done my fair share of it). She was chatty and inquisitive in a way that was delightful, which isn’t always easy. To top of it off, she also complimented how I looked that day - when you come to Łódź, you’re lucky if you leave without a black eye, but receiving smiles and compliments was my “good day bingo” for that day completed!

* Location right next to the main promenade in the city centre (Piotrkowska) * Parking opportunity on the hotel territory * Friendly and helpful staff. * Clean and tidy room * Bathroom condition

* Lack of air conditioning was a huge drawback. Even in moderately hot weather (25 / 27 C) it was too hot to sleep. * Small number of AC outlets * Door lock frequently required fiddling as it did not always react to opening/ closing in a predictable way.

Toilet facility, the shower was superb. a trolley with every size towels bed were actually comfortable and clean sheets tea, coffee stationery was the best touch

there was a lamp next to my bed that i couldn't turn on because not attached to the socket, and i couldn't find it cause behind my bed or i'm not sure why.

Othen than that we loved the place. Big, comfy room with everything you'd need: free bottled water, towels, a TV, 2 pillows each, a kettle, night lamps, coat hangers, a table and a great bathroom with a super shower. Location is superb as you can walk to Lodz Fabryczna to catch your next train or bus. Piotrkowska pedestrian Street also is just around the corner. Zabka convenience store is 2 doors down. Staff are friendly&speak English. Great value for money!

Loud hotel guests who slammed doors, were listening to very loud music and talking until around 3 am.

Everything was nice. At the heart of the Lodz, very close to the main street and Old town, nice restaurants nearby. The room was cozy and comfortable. The price was affordable and staff were helpful! They allowed me to check in couple of hours earlier. Recommended.

It is clean. The staff is helpful. It is in a good location

my only criticism is the lighting in the room was only an uncontrollable track lighting on the ceiling, which isn’t good for reading, relaxing or atmosphere. A table lamp would have made a big difference. Also, as the room is air conditioned, an extra blanket should be provided. There was only one thin blanket on the bed.

Great location in city, enough places to visit around. Secure parking in hotel's territory for some extra fee (was one on main reasons why I chose the hotel and I was satisfied with it).

Location is great, just a few steps from the famous Piotrkowska street. Good parking place, friendly staff, moderately decorated and price for the night is really more than acceptable. Good Wifi.

Could be cleaner, we found our bathroom not in a very clean condition, although towels were fresh but floor and shower cabin wasn’t 😕 Room was ok 👌

I liked the style of the room, also the hotel inside looks very nice and with nice staff working there. It's very close to the center of the city which is convenient ☺️

No fridge in the room 😣 a small one even would be so good

The room was huge with a great bath tub which was awesome after a long drive. There is plenty of parking in the backyard for a very cheap fee. The location is very near the centre, and it took us around 10 minutes to walk to the manufacture.
