Great location, nice size of the room, very polite and helpful staff, very tasty food, free car park available for hotel guests. We have stayed on New Years Eve and attended the New Years Eve celebration. Very well organised party and open bar from 8:00pm to midnight made this evening extremely enjoyable. Great band and nice dance floor. Next morning we had fabulous breakfast and we could leave the car for few hours to be able to go for a walk to the old town. Owner of the Hotel was very helpful and professional. We will be back for sure. This is the best place In Lublin for stay and dine. Highly recommend.

Great location, walking distance from train station. I had to skip my breakfast, the staff were nice to offer me lunch box to go instead.

The bed’s mattress (in twin room 213) was too soft for my liking. Garbage tin in the bathroom was full from the previous guests. In general the things in the room have seen better days (but all in working condition and clean).

A pleasant place to stay near the tourist center of the city. Comfortable room and rich and tasty breakfast. The hotel has a craft brewery and restaurant serving delicious beer and lunch and dinner.

A small refrigerator would be useful in the room. At night, the street noise was quite disturbing.

Cozy hotel, very Eastern European style) Breakfast is not traditional for Europe, it's as more like a proper dinner with Ukrainian traditional tapas. Interior is very "specific")) but warm, cozy and welcoming, especially in winter season holidays. I liked it ))

We arrived at around 22:30 and I'm sure the kitchen (restaurant) could offer at least some salads or snacks to buy, but they refused saying it's closed, and there were no open shops/pubs around. So we had to go to sleep hungry after a long journey(

relatively good location - very good means to commute to any destination within Lublin city and around. both room and all hotel clean and tidy. very good choice off food and very tasty too. also available range of beer from local brewery.

The view from windows is not impressive, however general refurbishment all around the city and new constructions in progress may be reasonable excuse. hopefully completion of some of these will improve view.

I travelled with my 6yo daughter. We had an attic room. It was nice, big enough, warm enough and clean. The staff was very nice. The restaurant was good, serving big portions. We couldn't finish the dinner although we were really hungry. The buffet breakfast was also good and prepared early. The parking is inside their yard.

The waitress didn't know too much English, but we managed to get along. The area were is located look creepy during the night and is not too pleasant for a walk, but we were in transit so it didn't matter so much.

We arrived well after midnight, driving all day. Anna not just welcomed us and checked us in, but performed as bartender/cook/guide, and did it excellent. She opened the restaurant, tapped some beer and cooked some meals, and told some stories about the hotel. That service was well above my expectations. I renamed it to "Anna's Hotel" for myself for that day.

For about half of rooms, you have to go outdoors to reach lobby and restaurant. In summer it's no issue, but in winter could be not comfortable.

Very convenient location. The old town is walking distance, but you can also take a bus if you feel lazy. The bus stop is 2-3 mins away. The beer is good, we got 2 coupons for free beer. The breakfast was also great.

It would be more interesting to have a free coupon for a degustation set to try all their beers, not just one glass.

Bed mattresses were really uncomfortable, which meant I found it easier to sleep on the floor.

We arrived very late due to the flight and icy road conditions. The ladies in reception were so friendly, we had to leave early in the morning before breakfast and they went above and beyond organising us a take out breakfast. Thank you so much
