I am not objective in my review, because I chose the hotel to stay close to my mom's family home. Nevertheless, the location is very convenient for sightseeing because of great public transport connection with the city centre and the old town. If you are looking for true local climate you will find in at the local market nearby. The hotel is new and very pleasant. We had a deluxe room and it was very spacious with a comfortable bathroom (walk in shower). We did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, but we had an evening drink there and it was good. The hotel has some spa services but these are yet to be checked. Staff was very nice and helpful.

To me the hotel ticked all boxes, but I am not objective.

The breakfast was better than expected for a vegetarian. There were many cheeses and nice breads available. The bed was very comfortable. The staff members were nice. We changed rooms, because the rooms with a river view do not have air conditioning. Make sure you check that your specific room has air conditioning if that is important for you. The staff were very nice about this request and were able to change our room.

There was no elevator in our section of the hotel with the newly renovated rooms.

Helpful friendly staff, good breakfast options

Bad soundproof of windows ( fireworks whole new year night didnt give chance for child to sleep) and walls. Dirty glasswall of shower, constant smell of cleaning detergent for carpet in the room (even after ventilation). Completely worn out towels Definitely overpriced for this quality

staff was absolutely perfect, always happy to help. room was small but enough for solo traveller or even couple. bed was super comfy and bathroom clean and modern.

the only issue I had was with the door to the room. you have to really pull it when leaving the room. otherwise it makes a really annoying sound. I guess my neighbours didn't know this either as they left the room for breakfast without locking the door properly.

The staff in this hotel are exceptional. We had an arrival group of 17 and we all managed to sit together in the bar and we had a great night. The Bar staff where fantastic, recpetion helpful and friendly. Staff in this hotel and level of service is among the best we have experienced anywhere.

No bad comments hotel is exceptional

At first I was a bit sceptical of the underground parking, since I made bad experiences with this kind of parking and tiny parking spots in the past. When I arrived, I was surprised in a positive way. The parking is easy to find, there are enough spots to park there so you don't need to worry if it is full. The spots are very big and wide, so even with my huge car, I didn't need to worry about that issue. And the best thing: it is free to park there, which is a huge plus, especially when you stay for more than a few days, like I did with my 2 weeks of staying. Other hotels charge upto 10€ per day for parking which makes 140€ in total, when you stay for 14 days, in this hotel it is free! Beside that, I also liked the good breakfast, which was often recommended and mentioned in other reviews: There are more than enough choices of cold and warm food, warm food and salads vary/ change from time to time within the week so guests don't need to eat the same things every day, which is a good thing when you stay for more than a few days. There is a restaurant in the hotel, that I also visited 3 times and I can only say good things about it: tasty homemade meals, one of the best steaks I've ever eaten, an English menu for non-Polish speakers and English speaking waiters/ waitresses. My room was clean and cozy, not too big, but okay for this price. Same goes for the bathroom. When the room is cleaned, you always get a new water bottle. There is a water heater and some coffee/ tea bags for you. The staff was helpful, friendly and gave me some advices regarding my visit at the hotel. When I had an issue with a screw that got loose and fell out of the chair, it was fixed immediately when I reported it. Overall: Everything was perfect and how I imagine a peaceful and relaxing stay in a hotel.

I don't have major things that I didn't like. If I search for smaller things, I remember that 1 waitress in the restaurant wasn't that friendly and seemed a bit exasperated when I went there. I was the only guest and I had the feeling that the waitress didn't want to talk with me (I was polite when I would judge myself) and that she wanted to be somewhere else in that moment, being a bit grumpy. On the other side, everyone can have a bad day, so I don't see it in a harsh and critical way.

Spacious room, quite big shower, everything very clean and fresh. Delicious breakfast, big car park available, very helpful staff.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful and had lots of variety. We accidentally forgot to pay because we thought we already had through Booking and the staff were very polite about it

everything was good except on first night group of people that stayed next door played music past 10pm but the receptionist came promptly to inform them.

Nice restaurant with good food for dinner and breakfast. The rooms were spacious with good air conditioning and a big walk in shower in the bathroom. Everywhere was very clean.
