It was such good value for money. The rooms were immaculate they were cleaned daily and we had fresh towels everyday. The decor in the rooms was a little different but you get used to it quickly. The bowling and games room was great entertaiment in the evening and so was the Jacuzzi. The food in the Restaurant was fantastic! bit of something for everyone on the menu and so cheap. plenty of choice at breakfast too. Alll the staff were very helpful and friendly. The whole Hotel was so spotlessly clean. Bus stop right outside to take you into the city. only two bus stops away from the tram station which we caught to the old town. very easy to book a taxi if you don't like the public transport. we tended to use uber or bolt. it is very cheap to get around.

There was nothing I did not like.

We were traveling and needed a hotel that's close to the highway, has family rooms and , the price includes breakfast. So we arrived late, slept, and left early. For that purpose this fits the bill. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, soft towels (and enough of them), AC, it was very quiet, breakfast buffet had plenty of hot and cold options. There's a very small play area for kids near the reception. We did not get a chance to explore other advertised facilities.

The staff member at the reception was not very welcoming. Just gave us the keys cards and off you go. No info about breakfast hours or the swimming pool or whatever. Didn't even bother to tell us that our room is in another part of the building and to get to the right elevator takes a while, wandering in long, poorly lit corridors, as there were no helpful arrows pointing the way.

Rooms were very spacious. Parking for free at the hotel entrance. Hotel is close to the west highway passing Warsaw. Friendly price for the night stay.

Windows of the room located to the inner yard, no sun light. If you open the window, you can hear highway. Hotel wasn't occupied during our stay, however, we had to walk long corridors to get to our room. Hotes is suitable for sleeping and short stay. Hotel has a small SPA zone with jacuzzi, it might be nice in winter. Breakfast - normal.

This is a really good budget hotel. Staff were present and the check-in staff were lovely. We were given a welcome drink upon arrival which was a really nice touch. The room was good, nice and clean and had everything we needed. The location is good enough, really easy access to the motorway. Free parking and the cost for a pet equated to about 30p I think, so absolute bargain! We walked to the local supermarket which took about 15 minutes and picked up some produce for the next leg of our journey. It had everything we needed and was super cheap! There is a McDonalds nearby too if you arrive late and need some quick food. It was very warm when we arrived and we were travelling with our dog, so the seating areas outside were a bonus as we could sit out and have a drink and enjoy the evening. Breakfast was really good. Everything we wanted despite having dietary requirements. In all, a very nice budget hotel with lovely staff and facilities. We would stay again if we were travelling through Europe.

Not much to complain about. I actually really like it. And for a budget hotel you could do much worse.

My family and I traveled from Lithuania to Germany. We choose your hotels always for an intermediate trip night: comfortable and very clean rooms, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. I really want to praise and appreciate the hotel staff for their honesty. My little daughter forgot to take from the room her purse, which contained her savings for the holidays. We noticed this when we arrived in Germany a day later. I wrote a polite letter to your hotel administration about whether they couldn't find a small handbag in a particular room. I certainly didn't expect a positive answer. They kindly confirmed that they found a child's handbag with as much money as my girl had taken (95 euros). Today, the handbag arrived through postal couriers. Thanks to the hotel staff of IBIS STYLES WARSZAVA WEST for their honesty. I am glad that still such miracles are happening in the world.

We were passing through and only stayed overnight. The hotel location is very convenient and easy to reach from the highway. The hotel has free parking. The extra charge for a dog was 50 PLN. Breakfast was nice, but dogs were not allowed in the breakfast hall.

Initially, we believed the room had no hot water. However, the staff informed us we likely hadn't waited long enough. It literally took several minutes for the hot water to emerge. The showerhead was also bad.

The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway and easy to access even in the middle of the night. You can safely park your car right in front of the hotel. The rooms are basic but clean. Walking the dog was easy in the vicinity of the hotel. The breakfast is good.

I wouldn’t stay here for multiple nights, but it’s excellent for a quick stopover during a journey.

Nice hotel for its value: facilities, cleaninness, friendly stuff, very tasty meals in the restaurant and good services, private parking and good location to get fast to the city center by car(or there's a bus stop nearby as well).

The doors to all the rooms slam very hard, they are also quite heavy and the noise is really very loud. We could hear all the neighbors nearby, up and down. That was very disturbing esp. at night. The door to the bathroom was also with some questions. It creaked a lot and didn't close all the way.

Clean room, comfortable bed, casual breakfast, everything you need. The hotel has gym and pool. Sadly we did not have time for them. Parking for free at the hotel entrance. Hotel is close to the highway passing Warsaw. Friendly price for the night stay.

A little bit noisy due to the roads nearby and of course, this is a shower head that does not spray water. Looks like needs a bit renovation.
