Very modern hotel with great location, it’s well equipped and clean. Staff is very friendly. Great value for money, exceeds expectations!

Parking place can’t be reserved in advance, but the parking itself is great. If you parked here (and paid) and then decide to use your car in the city, no guarantee that you’ll have a place afterward.

Contemporary room very clean and we had a comfortable stay . Bathroom was modern and immaculate with an awesome shower, plenty of towels! Excellent nights sleep with comfortable bed in a quite room. Patrycja at reception gave us a warm smile and friendly welcome when we arrived middle of the night. Parking was safe behind locked gate under the hotel. We only just managed to fit our X5 through the gate, once in there was plenty of space for us to safely park. Robert on reception in the morning was also friendly and very helpful and informed us of local information. Buffet Breakfast choice was more than enough for us and we couldn’t fault it. Exceeded our expectations. Totally recommend this place and if we’re coming anywhere near Poznan, , we’ll definitely stay at this hotel!!

The hotel is really centrally located. The staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is good too.

The window couldn't be opened, which made the room smell a bit musty. Apparently someone had smoked in the bathroom before, which is why the bathroom smelled badly of cigarettes. It may well be that this is not the case in all rooms. Unfortunately, we missed the time to let them know because of the smell, otherwise we would certainly have been allowed to change rooms. Would definitely book this hotel again because of the price and location.

Very dog friendly which was the main criteria when booking the hotel. We were travelling through so stayed only one night but the staff was really friendly to our dog and offered a bed and/or water bowls to our dog which was appreciated. It was a good location, there was a small store across the street, an underground parking across the street as well if you don't want to use hotel one. And a small alley of green park around the corner which was convenient for the dog. The room was spacious for us and had an AC, a kettle and the usual stuff provided. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was modern, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

The cleaning staff were around quite early to clean the rooms. 10am for us on a city break wasn't really convenient for the room cleaning as we enjoy a leisurely lie in. That said, once we explained to the maid, she was helpful and gave us fresh towels, replacement water bottles, and loo rolls and didn't clean the room as requested.

The hotel after a full renovation of the building and this is really good. The room was quite big, the bed was ok. Really clean. The big shower worked perfectly. My favorite it's the location, so close to the old city center, attractions, and restaurants (by the way Greek restaurant near the hotel was incredible!). It was our second hotel from the B&B hotel chain, and compared to Paris this one was an impossibly better child in the family.

Everything was good, I hope all hotels of the B&B chain will be on the same level of service and quality at some point in time. We would definitely stay here again on our way to Ukraine or Krakiv.

It was my first time in Poznan for business. Needed a centrally located hotel so I decided to go with B&B Hotel Poznan Old Town. I've been to this chain of hotels in the past, so I knew what to expect. Really great deal for the pricing. Everything is clean and straightforward. Staff is polite. I also had a nice view of one of the main squares. Unfortunately the city is digging up the entire old town. So it wasn't really convenient to walk around. However, I am sure it will look spectacular in a few months from now. Everything is nearby, including the train station which is like a 20 minute walk.

Not much to not like for this price. It is a great place!

Location Location Location. Close to everything. Xmas market, new yesr eve's celebrations, old town, everything. Staff was amazing, helped all the time with a smile on their faces. Clean and quit. Beds were comfy. Rooms are huge. My husband couldn't believe it is considered as a three star hotel. If I ever go back to Poznan I will go to B&B fot sure. Highly recommended.

Tried to think of something, but I really can't find e even a tiny thing.

The check in process is quick and friendly. Code on the door means no searching for a key/card every time you leave the room and no hassle with searching for the key while you are wearing like 4 layers. We went for Christmas, and even though most of the old town is under construction and renovation, we didn't seem to hear anything at all. As a bonus, the hotel was right in front of the main Christmas fair! The room was big and cozy (we got upgraded 😁) And it was clean, effiecnt and very good overall. Keep up guys!

Lack of a safe in the room, should be addressed as we were forced to carry our passports around which isn't ideal.

I visited this hotel for several times before and I was always satisfied so this time it was quite a quick decision. And I was happy again. The hotel is nice, stylish and modern, clean, with comfortable rooms, good equipment and helpful staff. Location is great too, it's near many things worth of visiting in the city.

It can be a bit noisy from outside, if there is some event on the square in front of the hotel. Also the room could have a bit more storage space for clothes and so on.
