The hotel was lovely easy check in. Our room was on the 2nd floor on a side street which was just a few steps from the main street. It was central to everything. That's handy but the downside to that is it was quite noisy. Personally it didn't bother me but others might find it a concern. The room was great & so was the shower. They provided water free but the room had no fridge but the bar downstairs were very obliging with ice so no problems.

Nothing to dislike as far as we were concerned. As I mentioned before the noise might be a factor for some customers. But that's not the hotels fault.

Didn't quite manage to have sausages and eggs at the same time at breakfast and only one coffee machine that kept breaking down Tried to book a table one evening to eat and was told there was an hour wait and we couldn't book. As residents, we thought we would get some priority over people walking in from the street. We ended up going to a nice Italian restaurant close by

This is about the fifth hotel I have stayed in when visiting family in Poznan, and so far the best. The location was great with one exception - see below. It is a very charming boutique-style hotel. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was great. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. We missed our flight home and went straight back to the hotel for a 4th night, which was very enjoyable as we found a delicious restaurant right around the corner, called Olivia

It must be the nosiest street in Poznan. A hint of noise to come came with the earplugs left on the bedside lockers. It is hard to police the people outside but I believe someone could, and should, have gone outside and asked them to keep it down. The noise being made was utterly egregious - people were literally shouting at the very top of their voices. It sounded like a competition as to who could be test in the gang. Plus, even though nightclubs were supposed to be shut down since the previous week, the night club on the street was definitely open.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Great staff, very friendly. Extremely comfortable and well worth a second visit. Breakfast very good, some good choices although you are spoilt for choice locally around the hotel. Check in and out times very customer-friendly as was breakfast time (7-11).

Earplugs in room were a clue - street outside can get very noisy so if your room faces onto the street, that's a minor downside to an otherwise top class room.

All facilities, including the breakfast room / cafeteria and adjoining Italian restaurant. We were on the 4th floor but no street noise despie the central location in an area of bars and restaurants. Excellent location to visit Poznan on a couple of day break trip. Very comfortable room and effective heating system.

No real complaints, perhaps the reception staff might be a little more proactive in giving advise / recommendations but perhaps I am being over subjective.

Great location and the staff were really helpful. The building is really nice - insta worthy! Restaurant looks nice, too. Very central without being too noisy at night. I'd stay here again.

The walls are quite think and our neighbours woke us up by talking loudly. Whilst the hotel can't control people talking, the fact that they had already supplied ear plugs makes me think they already had many noise complaints due to how thin the walls were. Also, the bed was two singles pushed together with two single duvets. We asked for a double duvet but they did not have nay.

Palazzo Rosso is located very close to the main square in Poznan and close to a street full of bars and restaurants. The room had a good size, we had place to put our lugagge and our clothes and bathroom was very big. We got also a discount for the italian restaurant which you can access from the hotel. Breakfast was also good. They also helped us to get a taxi to the airport.

The water pressure was really low, maybe just a temporarily problem. Beside that we can't complain about anything. Everything was really good.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, with a nice staff, very beautiful. The breakfast didn't have much variety, but it was enough, scrumbled eggs, bread and coffee with milk were available, there were more dishes and options however I believe that are Polish food. Bedroom very clean and warm. Easy to get a uber, if necessary, nice restaurants available in 2 min walk.

We can hear the noise from the other rooms.

The hotel is located just in the Old Town. This is very convenient especially if you are in Poznan for a short time, and want to get a feeling of the city. The hotel building is extremely beautiful - the walls are made of bricks, and the design is simple but very tasteful. The hotel staff is super nice.

We came by car and reaching the parking was very confusing. I found out all the details about the parking and how to access it, only because I called the hotel. This information is not shared with clients by default. The map I received from the hotel showed only how to reach the parking but not how to get back out of the Old Town - it's the very center closed for the public, and driving through the small streets is very tricky. Driving through the Old Town on Friday night is close to impossible. It would be good if the hotel warns guests before arriving that it's better to come before the bars and clubs open.

Great location right in the city heart. The hotel is situated in a very nice historical building. Charming historic interior. Nice selection of wines. Great and kind receptionist ready to help and provide information. A kettle is available in the room. Our room facing the hotel court was quiet.

Getting to the hotel and parking is a bit more complicated, but that's the price for the unique location in the very center of the city.
