Pillows! They are terrible to sleep on, however bed is very comfortable. Please upgrade your pillows ❤️

I can recommend this hotel for everyone who like to enjoy city life in Poznan. - excellent location, right next to the city center - very nice and clean hotel - good ratio of quality and price - parking for 35ZLT pr day just a few minutes from hotel

Breakfast !!! its not as shown on promo photos, they bring box with cold breakfast to your room every morning - that was big disappointment and for the price they asked, you can get better breakfast in the city... Not recomanding to order it there and pay extra. - our room had windows to the main street so there was bit noise from cars and streetcars

This is not my first visit, and the experience was as great as always. The hotel is clean, with all the necessary amenities provided, including tea and coffee. The location is central, making it easy to walk to everything you need.

The only downside is the internet, which tends to disconnect occasionally and requires re-connecting. This issue seems to have been present for some time now. Despite this, the overall quality-to-price ratio is excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

Exceptionally friendly staff, who always made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions and giving me recommendations for activities and what to see. I loved the interiour design of our room, it was all in a great style and well thought through. Enough equipment in the kitchen for easy dishes. Location was very centrally, 5min walking from old town. It was nice to relax in the sauna and the wellness area was well maintained.

The room was located next to a main road and you could not open the window without accepting a significant amount of noise from the outside. (When the window was closed, it was good!)

The hotel's location is great, within a reasonable walking distance from the central station, making it convenient to reach. As well as being close to the old city, making it convenient to explore the area. The room was really clean and comfortable. Everything provided was in good condition, so we didn't have any issues. With one exception. Having a kitchen was handy for making our own meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. Being able to leave our bags after checkout was convenient.

In general, we had no complaints about our stay. However, the only issue we encountered was with the WiFi and internet. The WiFi signal was very weak and often disappeared, making it difficult to stay connected. It was only somewhat reliable in the late evening. This aspect definitely needs improvement.

Super location, gym was ok, nice design of the room, kitchen equiped well enough to prepare easy dish or breakfast. Possibility of breakfast delivery (delicious!). The main bed was very comfortable, the extra bed not so much, it was a bit short. Good tv - app for netflix login.

Quite noisy street (tram right infront of the hotel) light sleeper needs a room on the other side of the building. One could use some more practical equipment such as wardrobe or shelves to unpack. Or some shelf and more towel hooks in the bathroom.

The location was excellent, right on the edge of the old town, on a quiet street. The kitchenette was surprisingly well-equipped, which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly, and the early check-in was handled smoothly without any issues.

We had a bed made up of two singles pushed together. It was smaller than I expected, but still comfortable. A note for those who might prefer the separated configuration: the single beds might feel a bit too small for taller or larger individuals.

The accommodation is in a fantastic location by the old town, and it was easy to walk to all the main historical attractions. We turned the corner from the accommodation straight into wonderful cobbled streets with beautiful old buildings and a range of lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. Nina and Gabriella were welcoming, friendly, professional and very helpful staff. We were keen to hire bikes and Nina arranged bike hire for us so were able to enjoy a lovely bike ride on designated safe bike routes - it was well signposted and easy to find our way around. We took part in the Poznan Park Run in Park Cytadela - a fantastic park and a brilliant Park Run (or walk), we were made to feel so welcome by other participants and the organisers. New Year's Eve in Poznan was amazing - we loved the lengthy firework display in the Old Square, and had a fun and memorable night with friendly revellers. Highly recommend this fantastic accommodation and Poznan!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Very clean, modern, big and cosy apartment: there were everything you could need from small kitchen corner, to air conditioning. Location is also the best - is in the Poznan Centre, so we could reach the Old Town by foot in 5 min. Also lots of restaurants, small bakeries and showp nearby.

- Small water pressure in the shower - No parking: there're also no possibilities to park near the Hotel because is too busy area. The nearest affordable (undeground) parking is 5-10 min by foot which is no so comfortable if you habe a lot of luggage

Clean and tidy, great little apartments with all needed in the rooms - fridge, kitchenette, coffee machine and provided capsules and bottled water. They have a little fitness facility and sauna. The location was amazing, in the heart of the old city and super communicative so the public transport to all places was convenient to visit all you want and get easy to the airport with a tram and a bus.

Well, the fitness is not super equipped, but works just fine.
