A very cosy, welcoming, and peacefully quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking reach of the old town centre. The room was so well insulated I barely heard another guest, and slept peacefully. Good sized windows let in plenty of natural light. There is an amazing continental breakfast spread in a very agreeable Wintergarden. The reception staff were pleasant, accommodating and efficient.

There was nothing much to dislike. I would gladly return!

The overall ambience of the hotel was very pleasant. Good breakfast and good staff. Distance to the old town was a short walk - and even shorter once we’d worked out the cut through! Biscuits and suits available at all times. 😋

The bedrooms were quite noisy due to trams running close by and sirens on the Main Street but after the first night we made sure the windows were closed and that helped. The hotel boasts a bar and although strictly speaking it has you had to ask at reception if you wanted a drink (alcohol or otherwise) and although the staff were quite happy to accommodate no one did so the area was quite soulless.

Great little hotel on the edge of old town, near enough to be a short walk without being right in the middle of old town so benefitted from a nice quiet location. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were professional,courteous and welcoming.

The only thing we missed was a kettle in the room, however, tea and coffee are available 24 hours a day in the restaurant area, which is comfortable and welcoming.

The room was clean, the breakfast is great and the employees of the hotel are very friendly. The location of the hotel is in the old centre of Poznan: great!

Parking is not free. If you are lucky you can park your car in the hotel parking lot. Price is around 9 euro per day. Our first day we were not so lucky and we had to park our car in the parking garage 200 meters from the hotel. Costs 240 Polish zloty's, which is about 54 euros today.

The room was perfect, so clean and cosy and the most comfortable bed. It was very cold in Poznan but the heating was brilliant and kept us warm. The hotel reception area was also a nice area to relax in and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was also great, about a 15 minute walk to the centre of everything. A great bar across the road and a lovely potato restaurant around the corner!

There is nothing I would have changed, it was perfect!

If you read other reviews, they write, that you can hear the elevator and tram. That is absolutely correct. The elevator is really loud and you can hear every tram. For me it was not a problem, I live in a City where you have always sound's. If you're not used to it, it could be a problem. Also neighbors are very close, but never saw, that they are watching me. Only the Wi-Fi was not so good. The connection quality goes up and down.

This small hotel is fantastic value for money,. I was a bit dubious, as I always am with non chain hotels, but booked the hotel because it was close to where I needed to be. The hotel completely exceeded my expectations both in terms of comfort and cleanness. The hotel is close to the old town as well as within walking distance to the train station. Oh and staff were super friendly, too

The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional, very polite staff who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Free teas and coffees for guests 24 hours a day. The hotel building itself is stunning and super relaxed. I will definitely be staying here again.

2 of our rooms had smart tvs, 1 did not. This didn’t bother myself a great deal but as we paid the same price for all 3 rooms it would have been nice to have the same as the other two rooms.

Location is very good. Really nice and kind staff. Every morning they heated milk for our child, and even one evening gave us plate and spoon and heated the milk for child supper. The room was clean and compact. The only thing that missed- shelves in closet. Cleaning was pretty good. Our vacation was in December, so the hotel was heated very well.

There were no shelves in closet. We ordered a room for 2 adults with 1 child and got only 2 towels. Staff brought us the missing towel, but we needed to ask about it every day.

The location was good and when you worked out the tram stops, even better. My room was quiet and comfortable.

I didn't like the Coffee/Tea arrangement. Coffee often lukewarm and not-great-taste, either. No, not hugely impressed with Breakfast...for me, the weakest link.
