I like everything from initial communication till automatic gates when leaving the hotel. This hotel is in 15 minutes walking distance from old city central square, restaurant in the hotel is great for a dinner. Breakfast was also reach and tasty. And the most impressive moment is hand-written message with welcoming words and notification about bottle of wine as a gift. The room was beautiful and clean with all required facilities. It's a high level of hospitality, so I'm thinking about new reason for travalling to Poznan just to have such great experience one more time.

Location - walking to restaurant Nook, although lots of stairs involved:-). This hotel has private parking yard. Live music in the hotel restaurant in the evening. Staff is extremely nice, was helpful with kid.

Your expectations for boutique hotel are somewhat different :-) There are no real queen bed, they are cheating by combining single beds, a gap is severe, at least in room 301 it was :-) You had better check in earlier, because in the evening all parking slots might be taken already :-)

Excellent hotel just a 15-minute walk away from the main square which we did not mind at all as we liked the "build up" to the showstopper. A 12-15 minute walk to the main train station or you can take the tram which is just a two-minute walk away from the hotel. Room was fine. Mattress was firm but not too firm. Perfect. I liked the shower cabin. Not one of those "open concepts" but a cabin with a door you can close. Sensible. Staff members were polite and helpful.

Bedside tables a bit dirty with stains.

The reception staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms clean, well equipped. Nice complementary package of wine and chocolate. The is a mini fridge, all the cosmetic needed in the bathroom. Very nice breakfast. Easy access to the car park, walking distance to the old town.

Construction works outside of the hotel, although we were provided the earplugs. We didn’t know that the Italian restaurant would be closed for the Christmas , but there was not too long walk to the Old Market

Breakfast, room and location were perfect for us, close to the town without being too noisy, plenty of choice for breakfast and the room was clean and had everything I needed

Between my room and the one next door the walls were a little thin, I could hear just about everything that they got up to on the Sunday morning, I mean he was a lucky guy and fair play to him I'm not sure I could have lasted the 2 hours that he did. Other than that the place was perfect.

This hotel is run in a very professional way and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. Staff on reception were welcoming and managed to find a room for us shortly in advance of check in time. In the room we found a complimentary bottle of wine which was very enjoyable. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Once inside the room it was very quiet and we could not hear any noise from other guests.The buffet breakfast was very varied and we enjoyed it immensely. We would not hesitate to return or recommend. A big thank you to all the staff.

This is an excellent hotel. The room was large, spotlessly clean, comfortable and not too hot or cold. A complementary bottle of wine was included as was bottled water. Room service does not add a large additional cost and the food was really excellent. Hotel Włoski Italia does everything right with some nice touches that you don't see in other similarly priced hotels.

The service on arrival was second to none. I loved the reception area, there were beverages available including meringues! The room even though it faced the car park didn't matter as I was only there for one night. The room was adequate for my stay, had a bottle of red wine waiting for me, which I merrily drank whilst working! Breakfast next morning was more than enough, spoiled for choice! The old town is under construction but still very beautiful, a pleasant walk from the hotel. The receptionist was what cut it for me, she printed my tickets for me, booked the taxi to the airport and I needed a hair straightener which I used free of charge. I would definitely recommend this hotel and visit again!

Exceptional breakfast, such a wide range of foods and appealing display, friendly staff, welcome wine, reception area with free water, coffee and sweets.

The only thing that could not really have been prevented was that there was a water leak from the room above but it was solved super quickly and we didn’t even have to switch rooms. Due to the restaurant below it was not super quite due to people talking on the terrace. We simply could have closed the windows. Apart from that nothing to complain!

The staff here certainly look after you very well. The hotel is in good order and we had a very nice room on floor 5. The restaurant is very good - we ate there several evenings - and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in Poland. Location is also good with easy access if you are driving. You are close to a main tram route so getting around is particularly easy. (Note - if you are over 70 the trams are free, a bonus for us) While you have to pay for parking, there is plenty of space and it is very secure. Overall, very happy with our stay.
