I had to write several times to the hotel and to the booking.com service center to get an answer to my request for a possible cancellation or transfer of one of the 2 nights that I could not use due to a sharp change in circumstances during my trip. In the end, I never received an answer from the booking.com service center. The hotel staff also could not help me with this, citing the fact that they cannot do anything. In particular, they could not tell me how to get an answer and a decision from the booking.com service center. In the end, I never received a refund or a transfer of this night for my next visit to the hotel. It is very unfortunate that I had such a negative experience

1. Hotel location is very good - close to the center but not too close (so it's not in a busy area). 2. Outdoor parking wasn't busy - we didn't have any difficulties with finding a parking slot. 3. The hotel room had a fridge and a kettle, which was very convenient for us. 4. Quite a few bottles of water were offered for free (which is how it should be, but unfortunately isn't at many hotels). 5. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of meals/products.

Not to be picky but still: 1. The sofa bed was very squeaky - each and every move/turn resulted in an audible and unpleasant noise. Not desired at all if you have a toddler sleeping in the same room. 2. While the view from the window was nice, the window glass wasn't clean enough to fully enjoy it. 3. Some sockets were unusable (those colored red - I didn't manage to insert a plug into them). And for the record only, while our room was on the 14th floor, street noise (trams, cars) was surprisingly well audible. At night it was OK though, which is the most important thing I guess...

It was very clean, staff was friendly, dog friendly and good location. Had everything we needed. Thing to note, all the vanity kits, etc., are downstairs available on request. So might be a good idea to ask while you’re at reception. Breakfast was 90 zlots and dog was 60 zlots extra. If you book breakfast the night before it was cheaper, if I am not mistaken 70 zlots. There is water, tea and coffee in the room + extra pillow. Bed was comfortable. We had a room on 16th floor.

The walls seemed to be a little thin, you could hear people goin in and out of their rooms all the time, but was not a big concern to us. I would say that if you are travelling with dog and want breakfast it is a bit on expensive side for Poland, but otherwise everything great :)

no bath mat. slipped an fell in in the bath tub no ear cotton. no shower cap. no normal water.

Excellent location, polite staff, very decent breakfast with a large selection of dishes and, as a nice bonus, children under 16 years old have free breakfast.

The room was cool. The temperature cannot be raised above 22-23 degrees, as this is the hotel rule. It sounds strange, I have never come across such rules before. What if I need a temperature of 25 degrees?! Plus the towels were not changed during the entire stay (4 nights).

1. Very clean and tidy (tip:towels were always changing) 2. Very good location (Next to a mall) 3. Excellent breakfast ( tip : the pancakes were very fluffy!). 4. Very good beds and pillows. Overall: comfortable more than you expected. PS: As you were entering the entrance of the hotel it was well perfumed!

Breakfast was fantastic, particularly for family with kids. Price was 90 PLN each, this was only for adults kids did not pay so in the end price was reasonable considering the choice and, if hungry, the amount.

We booked one room for family of four and, although reasonable, the sofa bed was not a particularly good sofa bed.

Short walk to town centre, perhaps 10 minutes. Friendly staff and although the bar looked amazing I didnt get to use it :( - room was clean and even though there were works going on at the hotel it was nice and quiet on the floor I was on.

OK, breakfast selection was good and of good quality and im open to all types of food i felt the hot selection was a little lacking. that aside, good coffee, good fruit and continental breakfast and sweet selection. I did find that not being able to adject to air con was annoying but look everyone is different and over all my stay was excellent and without issue.

We loved the staff's attitude and eagerness to help us organize the rooms next to each other as we were visiting with a group of friends. Breakfast was very diverse and there were plenty of options to choose from. We loved it. Also, the patio in the base ground was a nice spot to spend an evening, especially with kids.

- Mattress on the bed was very old and not very comfy - Chairs and other furniture were not brand new, but still fine - Construction works next to the hotel, but it is not hotel guilt
