The hotel is located near the highway. This is convenient when you need a place to spend the night. There is a on-site parking lot. Dog friendly.

I'm sure it's not a regular occurrence, but the night I stayed, a wedding was being celebrated in the restaurant. There was loud music, making it difficult to fall asleep. But it was not critical. Advice to the hotel owner: In this case, make a small gift for the guest—disposable earplugs and a small bottle of Jägermeister will improve the mood and smooth out the discomfort a little.

The hotel needs maintenance and urgently before some disaster strikes The room we got on the second floor had some kind of water leakage that wet the carpet at the entry to the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom is smooth and when you step into the room with wet shoes or slippers you are bound to slip. It happened both to me and my wife, falling could be very dangerous for both of us, being over 70 We asked to be moved to another room. It was on the second floor too, it smelled of sewege.. The third room on the first floor was OK. This level of neglect is bad for business

Lack of toiletry, two tiny shampoo tubes and two tiny soaps for three days are definitely not enough. Ridiculous.. Towels were replaced only once, even when they were left on the floor The shower was built a bit strangely, water spread everywhere No fridge in the room Lack of place to put our belongings forced us to spread them on the floor. Luckily enough free floor space allowed us to do that

There were 4 of us and we've spent a very good night. We lived in a big apartement-style hotel room with separate chamber. The bathroom was also really big with a huge bath in it. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a big variety of choice.

The water in bath and in shower wasn't hot enough.

Very comfy hotel if you plan to pass by Rzeszow and have a stay in town. Comfortable beds, very clean room and quiet place -- all you need. Breakfast was very rich and the food selection was just great.

This place is in the middle of nowhere :)) So, if won't suite you if you'd like to walk to the city center. On the other hand, it had good access to the motor way.

Good location to arrive with a car with free parking. Breakfast was truly amazing with wide selection of fresh products to create your perfect morning. Comfortable bed and great pillows. Hotel met my needs for arriving late with a car and leaving early with fair price.

AC in my room was not working, or not working well at least but luckily you could open the windows for some fresh air. The view from window was nothing to tell stories about. There was an issue with payments but the situation was immediately rectified once noticed. These are minor things and I still enjoyed my stay.

The Location of the hotel, free car park and the most I liked is how the Hotel staff is dressed and behaved! I've already forgotten how staff could express the respect and kind attitude with the way they are dressed and their manners! I am more than pleased - I was treated a high value Customer in Zimowit!

No fridge and no kettle in the room.

Everything was as I expected - a quiet and calm place not in the city centre, near one of the main roads (the distance from the main road is several hundred meters, so there is no noise from cars, which is perfect). Nearby the hotel a car washing and petrol station are located. It's important when you drive by car and need to refuel and clean it. In 10 minutes by foot, several local shops and groceries are located, as supermarkets and drugstores. Also convenient and good. Friendly and problem-solving-oriented and responsive staff, which helps if you do not know Polish or have any troubles during the period of stay. Big private car parking is available as well.

Nothing to say, really.

We were travelling by car and stayed here for one night in summer. Everything was excellent: nice and spacious room, big free parking, beautiful green area around the hotel to take a walk and make photos, tasty traditional European breakfast with everything you would usually expect from it. The main restaurant inside the hotel has limited regular menu, but it works till late hours, so if you arrive tired and just want to get some dinner without going anywhere - that's the super deal for you! We liked our stay a lot and can highly recommend this place. P.S. There were two weddings in a hotel the day we were there. Firstly, I want to say a huge "Thank you!" to the personnel for informing us about that fact beforehand (right when we booked the room). And secondly - we, actually, slept very well and heard nothing. So even under such circumstances - it is still nice place to stay :)

Hotel is clean, and it's its biggest advantage. It's located in rather urban area, but not too far from residual buildings, near the park and 30 min walk from lake. The breakfast was tasty and versatile. There is a nice backyard with lake, ducks etc., which was nice to visit for a change.

Rooms would benefit from some more modern design - light colors would fit it better than dark red. It's good for a transition stay though.
