Checking into the hotel was really efficient. Staff at reception were really friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was exceptional and considering they had a coach party the food arrived in good time.
Car parking is a bit limited, we only just found a space even though we arrived quite early in the evening.

A nice hotel where you will find everything you need for a short weekend trip. Location towards the city center is absolutely great! :)
I didn’t 100% understand why guests need to pay for a parking if it’s located right in front of the hotel and seems to belong to the hotel as well.

Very quiet place, perhaps due to C-19. Location is quite good. But driving through Torun is very difficult, one of bridges on Vistula river is closed and no information or direction is published. I lost half an hour on my way to Mercure hotel and an hour or so on my way from hotel to motorway A1.
There is a TV but... selection of programs is disappointing. I appreciate several programs in German, but I strongly demand Polish TVN24 & TVN BiŚ.

The location is good - a short distance to the old town. It was easy to get there by car, and also easy to get out. :) The car part just in front of the main enterence was a plus.
