Excellent location, perfect view of the main Square from vintage-style Chopin room, interesting decor, friendly staff and clean rooms. Even if the room we initially wanted wasn't available, we were even more happy with Chopin room because of the outstanding view and many windows. You can really feel the spirit of Warsaw there. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was the only downside, it would be good for the hotel to improve the quality and variety of products, because right now it's much more convenient for the guests to have hot and fresh breakfast in many cafes around the hotel. Other than that everything was perfect.

Staff were great and really enjoyed the breakfast, could see effort had gone into the prep and presentation. The place is a 5 minute walk to a big square with lots of cafes and restaurants. Easy to wander around the old town streets and shops.

The location is to die for in the old town! I got an unforgettable room with the most beautiful view. My dream of a princess bed finally came true! I liked that there was a fridge in the room and the room was spacious. But the best thing is the reception staff, which was amazing. From the time I booked, until the last minute. Oliwia was super nice and patient with me, when my booking went kind of wrong without me knowing, and in person she is so great and did everything to make my stay feel comfortable. And Sofia, so kind and helpful and helped me with booking airport taxi for example. Kamil was also smily and the lady with the cute dog also. You owners are lucky to have so good staff. Thank you everyone and I hope to see you again!

For the price of the hotel, the TV channels should be in order and easily reachable. There should only be channels on the remote that are available. I waisted probably an hour with the remote in my hand, trying to find something to watch, but gave up.

Lovely spacious room with side view out to large square where Palace and monuments are located. Easy walk to many attractions in the gorgeous old town with lots of places to eat. For breakfast there was a choice of either sweet or salty. Sweet had cereal and yoghurt, fresh fruit, croissants with jams, coffee, and it was very nice. The earliest breakfast was 8.30am. The airport bus (No. 175) has its final stop, at Pl. Pilsudskiego, and from here, it's an easy 10 minute walk to the hotel if you travel light. We liked that check in was from 2pm as well.

There was a shower over the bath. The only downside was that there was a shower curtain, rather than a shower screen. The internet was down the following morning.

The location is flawless. I could see the castle from the room. We got the breakfast too which was good value for money.

We loved the location of the Castle Inn, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It was interesting to stay in a place with such history and architectural character. The lounge area was charming and we enjoyed spending some time there in the evenings. Our room was big and had a large and well appointed bathroom. Plenty of space for the three of us. This is an excellent place, and we will be back next time we visit Warsaw

As older travellers we found it a bit tricky getting our luggage up the stairs, but we understand that interesting and historical buildings don't come with lifts! It was worth the effort

Breakfast noth worth the money, not enough food. Location is the best. 60 meters from taxt stand to go see museums. Castle museum right there. All the old architecture of old town and a beautiful walking street to the center. Restaurants overpriced but really good Polish food cooked to perfection. Room was awesome, supper uiet, nice matresses. Great sleep. Free coffee from machine in the lounge.

Shower is super dangerous. Not good for old people and people who are not flexible. It would be very easy to slip and fall getting in and out and seriously injure yourself. They should put some secure bars to hold onto getting in and out and they should put non-slip pads on the bottow of the tub so you can't slip. Someone is going to fall and get hurt so i hope they address this situation.

Castle Inn is wonderfully located close to Old City center and the Royal Palace, practically just a few minutes away from dozens of restaurants and the vibrant city center life. Public transport allowing access to the whole city is within 5 - 7 min range from the hotel and excellent. The room was very clean and big, very quiet, opening to the back of the hotel towards the center. The first night we stayed in a room opening to the plaza, also rather quiet. Very big and clean bathrooms. Our room had reconditioned early XXth century old furniture, with excellent mattresses. An excellent stay where we will for sure return when in the city. We cannot rate the breakfast because we ate each day in a different location in the city :)

Nothing to mention.

I stayed in a large room with a very comfy bed. It overlooked the busy side street so was understandably noisy, but quietened down around midnight, which happened to be my bed time. Bath was large and bathroom well maintained. Breakfast was very nice and fresh.

The Bell at the Royal Palace was chiming right through the night on the hour and half hour, which I hadn't noticed on my previous stay. It contributed to a fractured sleep. The shower wasn't mounted in the usual position of at the end of the bath, but along the long wall, so it half flooded the bathroom when I first got in. The 2nd morning I was wiser and managed to position the head and shower curtain differently.

Location is unique, who wouldn't want to stay there if interested in history? I think that people should read the comments more, as I was aware that there would be stairs and no lift, and was aware of having a choice between savoury or sweet breakfasts BEFORE my stay. Room was nicely decorated, bathroom spotless, staff friendly. I chose savoury breakfast which was more than ample, as we call it a continental breakfast, not hot, but cold. I am perfectly happy with that. Mattress very comfortable and slept very well. Room may not have had a view, but a quiet courtyard is very appealing to me! Yes I would return to this property.

Missing a sign to say if the water from the tap was okay to drink from. Easy to rectify on my part as I went out and bought water!!!!
