The people, the service, a comfort level breakfast everything was excellent. Christopher and Victoria at the front desk were the most helpful and kind and considerate people. Very good at their jobs. I hope that they will stay there until I visit next time I hadn’t planned on visiting again, but because of my experience at the Verte I definitely will return

beautiful building, I use to live in Warsaw and know it very well but it felt like I was abroad hahah! the building is beautiful, great location, smells great, lovely stuff, amazing cocktails bar, lovely restaurant, very clean, lovely interior, I travel at last 3x per month and stay in a lot of hotels worldwide but this was just perfect!

overpriced breakfast! £23 is a lot for an omelette ;) appreciate it is unlimited buffet but I would suggest the hotel has some sort of options of the menu of smaller price range for someone who just want a small breakkie.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Warsaw old town. The quality of the finishes, both in the room but also In the other hotel areas, is really high. Great service throughout my stay. All the staff were friendly and happy to assist you. Hotel is still new and it shows. Only con is that it’s set up in an old building which couldn’t be altered, hence its a bit of a maze to navigate from your room to breakfast. But once you find your way around, it’s just perfect! Highly recommended. Great stay, all around.

Top notch luxury hotel whose location in the heart of the old Warsaw cannot be beat!!! All main city attractions were for the most part only walking distance away....so convenient!!! The Staff on the reception was extremely accommodating and very customer focused. Special thank you for helping me to find my charger which is I thought that i lost. Thank you for organising taxi as well. Wonderful experience I got here! Great that you! Would rebook at this hotel in a heart beat for my next visit to beautiful Warsaw!!

Everything. Top place to stay! This is definitelly worth every cent paid. Not only super stylish but amazingly comfortable, with food of an amazing taste and presentation. We are so thankful for everything!

Beds were a little soft, but this is a matter of preference. Others like them softer. 😁Otherwise was the bed big, comfotable, very clean and of excellent quality. and the room (and the bathroom) was just marvellous! I would never book a different hotel, this is pure heaven! ;)

This was my second time in the hotel and I had asked upon booking for a room with a window I could open (need some fresh air to sleep well). The hotel confirmed the request to me. I got a room where I could open a window, but note the second one in front of it, i.e. didn’t get what I wanted despite the hotel having confirmed that I would.

This hotel certainly makes an impression on you from the moment you approach the main gate. Step inside and you enter a world which can be descriped only as "Modern Royalty". And all that in the middle of Warsaw's Old Town! The property and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very friendly and accomodating (they even gave me an upgrade). The breakfast in the morning was supurb. I definitely recommend this place and will be back.

The hotel was stunning and very tastefully decorated. It is an old palace converted to a hotel with a new modern wing. It has nice outlets. The hotel was conveniently located in old town. The bathroom was huge, modern and well decorated.

In spite of an early check in request the room wasn't ready for an hour after the regular check in time. They however made for it with a late check out on request.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel! Stay here, stay here, stay here. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The attention to detail is over the top! Our room was big, the bathroom was huge with a large walk in shower. It is literally across the street from The Old Town so very convenient. This hotel had the most amazing lighting fixtures, stunning!

The Hotel Verte in Warsaw was one of the most beautiful and unique places which we have ever visited. This is a very special and designed hotel with a sophisticated style and atmosphere.
