The location was wonderful and our apartment was both large and warm. The young girl who worked on reception when we checked in was very helpful.

The apartment was tired and could benefit from a refresh. There were also significant cobwebs in the corner of the bathroom ceiling. We stayed 5 nights. We had a cleaner attend to the apartment our first two mornings, she was excellent (Nadia) - we just asked for fresh towels on the second day, replenishing our laundry powder and emptied our rubbish bins. Despite requests we did not see a cleaner again. Not all reception staff understood / spoke English - not even minimal.

It doesn’t get more central than this. The location was amazing, right in the middle of the city, close to lots of Cafes, restaurants, and shops, close to the Metro, but with a street that’s not too loud at night. You get a lot of space for your money, as a family of four in the executive suite, we had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The staff were really helpful - we had to change the apartment to another one towards the end of our stay, and they were happy to move all our luggage so we didn’t have to lift a finger. I love the fact that we had a daily cleaning service at no extra cost. The beds were comfortable as well.

The wifi was a bit poor and didn’t cover the whole space. Wasn’t really an issue for us as we were here for leisure but it might be an issue for someone who intends to stay for longer or work. Bathroom was super clean but the fittings were starting to show their age a little.

The location is excellent. It is in the New Centre of Warsaw. The old centre is a short taxi ride away and is definitely a must-see but Warsaw is a large city and distances tend to be too long for only walking. You will really need to use taxis but I found that taxis never seem to use meters and you are very easily cheated that way. After being fleeced a few times, we opted to go for Bolt or Uber and they are great, so these are strongly recommended. The building is modern and everything works. We particularly appreciated the reception which is present every day during daytime, so if you need help, it is always at hand.

Very little. The road outside is being done up and it will take a few months before it is completed, but it is no great problem. On the ther hand, when the works are completed, the place will be even better. The flat is not very large but perfect for 2 to 3 persons or possibly a family with 2 young kids.

Everything was good. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Warsaw within walking distance from the Warsaw Central transport hub. Very friendly and efficient staff at the reception. We were greeted well and checked in quickly. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartments allocated to us. For two, these apartments were truly huge. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had absolutely everything you needed for a long stay. There are a lot of different shops and cafes around the hotel to suit every taste. In the morning it was very pleasant to go out to the hotel's courtyard and drink excellent coffee.

Actually the hotel is located on a quiet street. But it was during our stay in Warsaw that the street in front of the hotel was in the process of reconstruction. So the taxi could not come directly to the hotel. But it doesn’t matter, we walked to the main street, where a taxi can go, about 100 meters.

The room was very spacious. A room of this size, bang in the city centre at such competitive prices was a great experience. Now, I regret that I only spent 1 night in Warsaw. One of the most lively streets with a lot of cafes, bakeries and patisseries less than 5 minutes of walk away and the Palace of Culture and Science just across the street. The best shopping destinations within 5-10 minutes of walk. And nearby public transit, again within 5 minutes of walk to go anywhere in the city. An amazing place to stay, whether you're alone, with family, with friends, or on a romantic getaway. Though the apartment was very good, you'll really want to stay outdoors, that's how good the street is. I did not try the breakfast here because there are quite a lot of options just outside. And there was a Jump/Lime parking station just outside the hotel. Take a ride, choose a cafe, get your morning coffee with breakfast in your PJs and zip back to the hotel. And just 1 block away, in 3 directions are major business centers. So, its also perfect for business travellers to unwind after a hard day at work.

The location on the maps doesn't get you at the right place. Also when I was here, there was construction going on right in front of my window. May be because the hotel maintenance was going on. So I did not like that.

The location overall, kitchen available, very spacious apartment. The drug store right next to the hotel, in case you got sick. There were 3 vegetarian places found very close to the location, so it is very nice and a lot of other places to eat. 2 groceries also in the neighborhood. A lot of shopping stores are in the area. The ladies came to clean on the next day, very thoughtful.

There were no slippers and it was uncomfortable to walk on the floor and carpets barefoot. The kitchen hood was broken and I just couldn't turn it off. Also there were no dining plates, so I had to use like 4 smallest coffee-plates per one meal. Also, currently (May 2024) there are construction works right under the windows (city view room), so it was quite loudly, however, they finish work at 5-6 pm, so not that bad. However, due to this, the taxi was not able to get me right to the hotel, so I had to walk around 200 meters with the heavy luggage, the same on the way back.

Seems that it was the best location for us! Several minutes walk from the Warszawa Centralna and with a great access to public transport going to all city locations. Also the room was really very big: we had two bedrooms and a big hall. Nearby there are a lot of shopping centres and cafes.

Our room was rather old. Old furniture in the hall, in the kitchen, bedrooms. From one side it could be a plus for someone and looks charming, "with a history" (as the building looks historic and beautiful) But you should be prepared that pictures are little bit better than reality. Also in our room there was a strong smell of cigarettes and we had to wind the room and to sleep with open windows.

A lot of restaurants and bakeries just few steps from the hotel . There is even one in the courtyard of the hotel. Very helpful and nice stuff. Everything is clean.

The furniture and the design are a little old. There are only small bags of shampoo in the bath which is not enough for a shower so we just used the hands soap. The beds are soft.

A location is very easily accessible. receptionist were very nice and friendly, speak fluent English. Main central station is in Walking distance. Rooms are very big. . Enough space for sitting and relaxing together in bigger group. A water bottle were in the room.

we found half water bottle with smoked cigarettes inside behind a curtain. i saw in the time of check out. we were there for just 1 night. i threw it away so that a hotel don't think we had smoked. That might be a cleaner who didn't checked properly. They do have old lock on a door, which was really hard to open every time.
