Wasn't sure what to expect (given the 2* category), but the hotel was really good. The room had a nice design and it was clean. The breakfast was a la carte - I normally prefer buffet, but the options were many, good, and filling. The Mokotow area is not central but is quite close to the airport and public transportation is nearby.

The restaurant seems good but it closes quite soon in the evening. Also, the personnel on shift seemed a bit inexperienced/slow - but in the end, all worked out as requested.

First of all i used their lunch menu and for 10EUR, i got a soup and a second dish which were amazing. The room and the cleanness were top!! There was a teapot in the room with a bottle of water and some teas and coffees. The bed was comfy and the room heating was fine. In the shower they had soap and shampoo so for a short travels you don't even have to take it with you.

The noise :( whenever some of my neighbors were doing i was hearing it. Overall it's not a huge problem but if you have some issues with sleeping then it's going to bother you. Maybe you'd need to take some earplugs or bluetooth headset with you.

Fairly new refurbished, very bright room. Spacious bathroom. Luggage storage availability. Nice area with few shops and restaurants. Easy transport to Warsaw central, old town and airport. the bus stop right opposite the entrance. We had a good stay for one night.

No shelf in the shower cabin to put toiletries. Old broken little bin in the bathroom which could be easily replaced just by buying a new one. We met 3 receptionists. The first one was very cheerful and smiley. The other two were more professional and pleasant to deal with.

Extremely clean place! Was very impressed by the pristine cleanliness. The place is nice and cozy, beauful interrior and small cute details in the room made this hotel a perfect place for a short stay. Definitely recommend.

The hotel doesn't have it's own parking spots.

Staying in an amazing area close to the Chopin Airport was pleasant, which was important for me due to the early morning flight. Beds are comfortable, bath is super clean and there is a restaurant where you can find something to eat.

Hard to say actually. It would be nice to have a balcony there, but it is more about the building itself. At all I do not have some things which I don't like.

Hotel is new, clean and good located.

Some hotel rules, which was not mentioned on Booking. We searched place where my father could take shower before his trip back home, and rest an hour. But stuff not allowed him to do so first. The lady on reception told we cannot bring any guests, which was total shock for me. And she told my father to seat and wait in the hotel restaurant, where was no aircon and outside temperature was more than +30.. If we knew this rule exist, we would never book the place. So, it was really dissapointing and stressful for all of us.

Great room for business trip with everything you need. Clean , good internet, nice bed, spacious, new. I did not try the restaurant but just having one plus a bar right under your room is very convenient.

Staff was not at all friendly or customer oriented , marginally rude sometimes. Not great level of english either

This was not my first visit to Mokotow Hotel. It is spotlessly clean, and it is conveniently located near metro stations. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are big. During holiday season, it offers good value for money.

The major disadvantage is lack of AC. the hotel is situated in a refurbished old-fashioned post-communist building, and it can get VERY hot during the summer.

Nice, modern room. Staff knew English, but it wasn't the best but a lot more acceptable with the room cost. Great WiFi for streaming on my tablet.

I wasn't used to no air-conditioning in the room, but that's no fault of the hotel. Also the stairway had a weird odor.

Have a good memories in this hotel. Location was perfect for me. But if you are travelling or want to be close to centre, there is better options. And maybe price little too high. But we liked this one. Just wish that bed was already double not 2 singles. Otherwise it was perfect stay.
