Overall this is quite a good hotel especially if you need to catch some sleep in between flights. It’s quite clean, functioning A/C, comfortable mattress, well equipped room, especially the bathroom, polite and accommodating staff, they also offer a convenient shuttle to the airport (5 min drive).I would strongly recommend this place.

1 big and 1 small issue. IMPORTANT! Please remove the clock with moscow time at reception, or better yet, please consider replacing it with the one showing Kyiv time. Nowadays we don’t need to know the time of a country-aggressor. 1 other slight issue: Please put a non-slip mat into the bath tub. They do offer one if you call the reception desk but you can’t possibly know the bath is really slippery beforehand.

EVERYTHING! We had a long arduous trip and arrived late. Our room was completely laid out for us and we almost literally fell into our beds. The master bed was exceptional. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The decor was outstanding and eye catching. The room was immaculate. The robes gave us a luxury feel. The breakfast buffet has everything imaginable and very fresh. The restaurant offer gourmet meals at affordable prices. Definitely a return start is in our future.

The door connecting the sitting room and the bedroom would NOT shut completely. We were there only two nights and I knew it was impossible to fix in that time. However, I mention it now so someone can remediate the problem. Also the sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable but okay for our grandson.

Hotel offered free airport shuttle 24/7, perfect for being able to catch a 6 am international flight. Bathroom was large, modernized with plenty of shelf space. Towels nice and large. Appreciated option for a custom pillow.

Wardrobe closet doors are well worn. Splinters of wood on the side of the door which you need to grab in order to open. Wardrobe doors should have handles to more easily open and close without injury or unintentional door slamming. Hotel is very close to airport, but far from city tourist attractions. Count on 45 minutes or more on bus or tram to get to city center.

I recently stayed at Airport Hotel Okęcie, and I was very impressed with the accommodations. The hotel is located just a short walk from Warsaw Chopin Airport, making it a great option for travelers who are looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay. The staff at Airport Hotel Okęcie were very friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer my questions and help me with anything I needed. The hotel also has a number of great amenities, including a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a business center. I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast buffet, so I can't speak to that. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Airport Hotel Okęcie. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Warsaw.

The proximity to the airport is perfect. Free shuttle bus to and from runs every half hour or if it’s a late arrival, It’s on call. I drop off car rental at the airport the night before, saved a day in car rental fees, and did not have to rush to get to the airport to return car at 6 o’clock in the morning. I spent a very relaxing, night at the hotel, very reasonably priced), had wonderful breakfast at 7 o’clock in the morning and the hotel shuttle dropped me off at the airport, it’s just about a few minutes ride. I plan to do the same thing when I will be leaving Warsaw in a few weeks. Someone mentioned this way of traveling to me a while back, I can’t believe I did not think I of it myself and sooner!

It was extremely clean and quiet (plus the pillows were absolutely amazing). We also loved the fact that the bar/room service was fully available until 1am. It's not uncommon to arrive quite late to hotel because of how your flights/trains are timed, and you can't find the time to eat until you get to your hotel. Sure, sometimes you have options around the place, but with this hotel being right next to the airport (which means that there's not so much, if anything, around), it was great that they still offered their service. The airport shuttle was also a lifesaver. Even if the first one was full, they came back in less than 10 minutes later and picked us up again!

The hotel is very close to the airport. They offer a free shuttle from and to the terminal. Perfect for a one-day stop at Warsaw, which is what we had. Getting to the city and back was very easy with Uber. If your flight arrives early, the hotel offers early check-in for a fee - you don't have to book another night, which is great. The suite was AWESOME. Large, comfortable, well-lighted, and modernly designed. It had a decent amount of surface area in the bathroom. There was a work area with a large desk and plenty of space, which was separated by a wall from the sleeping area - great for a couple when one needs to work and the other one wants to sleep. The staff was very friendly; the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The suite seemed to be a little short in storage area. No big deal since we came for one day and left everything inside our suitcases, but could be an issue for longer stays.

The hotel is close to the airport. My room was clean and comfortable. The Mirage restaurant serves delicious dinners, and the restaurant staff is fabulous.

While ordering a laundry service, I was not informed that I was supposed to pick up my things at the reception. The following day was my flight, and I waited till the last minute and then called the reception desk and was informed that I was supposed to pay first and pick up my things there, at the reception desk. To be fair, one of the administrators brought me my stuff once I mentioned that I would have to go down in my robe, as I had already packed all my things, and I was supposed to wear those clothes. And it was totally inconvenient, as the laundry service could have been easily paid at check-out, or at least it would be helpful to be informed beforehand. Because of that situation, I missed my shuttle bus to the airport and had to wait for the other one for 30 minutes.

The staff in the hotel is extremely helpful. They assisted me with both the payment (I needed some additional guidance) and the transfer to the airport (which is available whenever you need to, basically). Every person I talked to was professional and very nice. The hotel itself is super clean and cosy. The rooms are very quiet and one can barely hear both the airplanes and the people in the corridor. It has all the amenities you need to have a really nice stay, even if you're in a hurry to get to your flight.
