I loved the room with park view, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. the bed and bedsheets were very comfortable and big. the room was very clean and warm. I liked the swimming pool which was big and clean and the sauna. they also have great gim.

The food was definitely a disappointment, I bought breakfasts hoping for some first quality food. It was just good but nothing out of ordinary. the orange juice was from a box (well known polish brand), the cheese from multi pack already sliced. there was nothing local from small brands. We didn’t feel that the staff went an extra mile to make the guests feel fantastic.especially not the lady in the restaurant front end. in the evening we ordered pizza and a burger. it was a disappointment as well. we were surprised that there were so little older staff, it looked like most of them were still learning.

Stayed at this property 3 times. Overall a bit shabby hotel, but rooms are very clean. As always friendly staff, quiet and cosy business lounge, clean and not crowded spa. Comfy beds. Good breakfast with Polish specials for the very best beginning of every productive day.

Free parking lot is somewhat small, however I always managed to park my car for free. Very strange bathroom doors) they are more like ones in Japanese houses with only difference that they are made of wood, not of paper. Worn soffits at pool telling the guest that this area definitely needs renovation asap. Rather poor lobby bar, but bartenders are helpful and always ready to serve a drink of your choice.

The room was large and well appointed. I did have to get technician to come as one of our tv’s didn’t work, he replaced it promptly and set tv’s up for us. The breakfast was fabulous and room service as well. The little bar downstairs in the foyer was was great at night for drinks and a pizza after coming back late from concert. Location perfect for Taylor Swift Concert at Stadium, but a little way out of city however buses went past the hotel. We also loved the pool and spa. Our stay was perfect especially thanks to Mateusz Bednarek who served us in the Executive Lounge each night. Mateusz was very friendly and spoke perfect English and he helped us so much with directions and things to see. I recommend Mateusz to receive an award for best staff member at the Regent.

The gym was of great size, room service was 24 hrs, and the pizza was great. There is a bus located right outside the hotel going in bith directions. The breakfast spread

The price of breakfast is out of control. $26, nope. I see how $26 went into it as the spread is fabulous, but then (bc I didnt have it included in my room) I paid thr 110zl and felt the need to east $26 dollars worth. Don't do it. There is a Hygga across the street where for $9 you can get 4 pancakes n a coffee.

Wonderful staff and good roomservice.

Breakfast is alright, but for a high-end hotel they should use slightly higher quality of foods and offer a wider bread selection.

The rooms are spacious, my king size-bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also very spacious, with a separate large tub and shower, with plenty of counter space at the vanity. Also, very helpful and friendly front desk staff; and, very important after two days of travel, a great pool/jacuzzi and gym. II did not have time to check out the spa but a quick glance at the range of treatments on offer left me wishing I could stay an extra day just for that. I also liked the location - still central but literally adjacent to the most beautiful green area in Warsaw. I will certainly check in back into this hotel during my next trip to Warsaw

The only improvement I'd wish for would be the internet access - it was not secure and quite low speed; however, when I mentioned it as a problem to the front desk, it was immediately remedied and a separate password-protected router was brought into my room which allowed me to proceed with work-related videoconferencing. without a glitch.

The breakfast was quite good and I especially liked cottage cheese there. The personal is very accomodating, room is silent! The design of the room made by italian architect is amazing, also in the Kind Room (5-6 floor) we had access to Lounge that gave as some snacks for free during the day, it was amazing experience! In the evening there was some warm food plus small salads for tasting, deserts made for us.

One thing that the breakfast almost was the same everyday and we only observed changes in one type of sausage as well as in smoothies only. I wish that bakery/deserts would change everyday, because when you stay in the hotel for 4-5 days eating the same good can be a bit boring. Our toilet sliding door was very tight, it was extremely hard to close it (a lot of force is needed) during every use.

Large room, very comfortable, nice pool (though it doesn't look as great as the Photoshopped photos), excellent breakfast, wonderful reception staff! Some breakfast inclusions: eggs made to order, multiple types of sausages, scrambled eggs, beans, (no bacon), waffles, crepes, pancakes, cold meats, cheeses, milk porridge, water porridge, salads, breads, cereals, pastries, cakes, juices, coffee machine (no hot choc), tea, lots of jams, chocolate spread, honey, honeycomb, some fruit, yoghurts, and more! Walking distance to some nice dinner places.

Aircon wasn't very cool. Could hear some people in the halls from the front door, but not really through the walls. Location would be better closer to Old Town or centre, but it's a very easy bus ride (buy ticket from machine on bus ~ about 4 zloty).

This is so comfy and old school. I loved the room and the interiors which have this 70s vibe. Fantastic bed, very nice bathroom, spacious suite, very very nice breakfast to it. I also loved the gym and pool on site - clean and full of the right equipment.

There is a noise in the bathroom - in two rooms I tried. The noise comes from - I think - smoke detectors or sth. It's quite loud and doesn't help when you try to sleep. Earplugs helped though. Also, the club on the 5th floor wasn't available for me during daytime - the staff didn't come, so I had to work from the ground floor space by the reception.

Everything. The hotel has great facilities, the staff was so kind and welcoming, absolutely the best hotel staff we've ever encountered. They helped us with every little thing, and even when our flight was canceled, they helped us find a way home even though it's not their job. The hotel itself is high-level and has all the faciities. The room was really big. Location is not exactly city center but right near the huge park which is better since there is not too much noise. And if you want to get to city center there are buses that will take you there in under 15 minutes.
