The hotel is really good: comfort in the rooms, amazing bed, good linen, convenient shower, soundproofing, professional staff, location - perfect for airport purposes as it is just at the airport: you go out of the hotel, cross the road and enter the airport building. It is some 50 m maximum from the hotel door to the airport entrance. Staying at this hotel a night before an early flight gives you confidence, that you will have a very good rest. Highly recommend it and will be back.

The only thing, which confused me is that the windows are shut with locks, so you can`t open them to get any fresh air. Also a small hint for travelers, who arrive at the airport by train: to get to the hotel from the airport train station you should go to the highest floor of the airport, and from there you go outside the airport building and face the hotel. It took some time for me to find the entrance as I went out of the airport building on the other floor, which is lower, than the hotel.

I enjoyed the spa and proximity to the airport. I've also used thefan, kettle and fridge - it's good to have those in the room.

I found it hard to find the entrance to the hotel, as I left the airport at the arrival's level and headed across the roads in search for the entrance, only finding the parking and getting confused when asked for direction from the parking staff, as they directed me ahead to the lift and the staircase, that were hidden behind a standard serviceroom door at the carpark and not visible at all. It would be good to have a sign at this level that for the hotel you need to go up to the departures level or a line on the road to follow for the door at the car park. I was disappointed that I lost a lot of time on the search for entrance, when it should have been just crossing the road at the departures level.

The room is very spacious and quiet. The comfortable double bed for each with silk (or similar) bed linen were perfect for a short night between flights.

Unfortunately, previous guests left an alarm clock set on 5:09 a.m. which awakened us too early. Nice request to the hotel to simply check the turned on alarms after guests' checkout. The toilet+bathroom had an was almost through-visible wall and was not soundproof at all. It is very erotic to give a shadow-dancing for the people inside while being in the shower, but I prefer privacy. The receptionist during check-in had a cold and runny nose.

LOCATION. STAFF RESPONSE TO PROBLEMS WAS IMMEDIATE. FOOD EXCELLENT - MY BABIES LIKED IT!!!! AUTO PARKING WAS EXCELLENT. ALLOWED US TO KEEP OUR RENTAL CAR LONGER. CLOSE TO FLIGHT CHECK IN - BETTER THAN EXPECTED. GREAT VALET SERVICE.

TOTALLY IRRELEVANT...BUT - GLASS AND SHINY METAL WAS DIFFICULT FOR ME TO SEE THE STRUCTURE (IE...HARD TIME IN BATHROOM - EVERYTHING WAS SHINNY). CONTROLLS IN BATHROOM DIFFICULT FOR ME...COULDN'T SEE LABELS. EYE PROBLEMS. I KNOW ITS NOT AN ISSUE FOR PEOPLE WITH GOOD EYE SIGHT... BUT AT 70 ITS A LITTLE DIFFICULT.

Great location - right opposite the terminal. Helpful front desk with easy check-in and check-out. Spacious, quiet room with superb beds.

Small things - the room wasn't speckless clean, a few things missing - proper vanity kit, shower cap, the coffee bar wasn't properly replenished, no mini-bar available, no room service menu (except for breakfast). Towels should be of a better quality. Sink and shower fittings needed applying unnecessary pressure to operate. It doesn't seem like much, but for a 5* hotel, these are details that make the difference.

Location to the aiport. Very clean, spacious room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Spa option is very good, treatment and professional staff! Staff friendly everywhere . Restaurant, delicious food, but please be prepared for waiting min 30-45 minimum for first disch (soup por example) so if don't have enough time it's difficult, but if you want they serve disches for the room. Breakfast from 5am so if you have early fly It's perfect, very tasty. For 30PLN you receive you breakfast for the room even its 5am , it's very comfortable if you prefer privacy and don't loose time if you need go down to the restaurant. Very helpful. Recommend.

The food at the restaurant was delicious! I like how they had yummy apples at the front desk to greet their guests. The elevators were quick to take you to your floor. The rooms and hallways were stylish. Love that the hotel is a walk away from the airport. So reliable.

The staff at the lobby needs to direct the guests if there's one line or multiple lines to go to the front desk. Had someone cut me while I was waiting there for a long time. Do not like that when you use the bathroom in your room, someone from the outside can peek in to see you. Hard to work the shower.

Room was pretty big and quite, everything was in. Good room service (ordering food), but not excellent. Personal was very polite. Delicious food! I recommend to order the chicken liver salad, if you're not vegan.

I contacted the hotel through Booking.com and ask them for a plus-size bathrobe. Unfortunately, it wasn't in my room when I checked in, so I called on reception asking for it again, not only because of the size, but also because the robe's belt loop had come off and it was inconvenient to wear it. Sadly, they never brought it.

very comfortable room (we were with two small children and took the one with two double beds), comes with all the necessary facilities, very accomodating staff. perfect hotel to stay before or after the flight

the pool and the pool area were quite cold and therefore we werent able to use it for a long time. prices in the restaurant extremely high for a hotel restaurant, feels a little like taking advantage you are stranded at the airport area with nothing else around
