Very nice studio apartment in nice building with security. The washer/dryer unit was EXCELLENT (located in kitchen)!!! There is an elevator but there are about five steps to the elevator level if a guest is unable to climb stairs.

Minor concerns… The host did not provide the security code for the perimeter gate. Fortunately when I arrived the gate was not completely latched and I was able to gain access. I was then able to use Google translate to ask the guard for the code so that I could get in upon my return (The guard is about ten meters away from the gate.) Another minor concern was that the WiFi password was slightly incorrect… it required a capitalized letter in one word.)

Gorgeous hotel room, brilliant location and plenty of amenities in the room (fridge, freezer, fully stacked kitchen etc.).

They seemed shocked at the idea that people might turn up before 3pm with bags to drop off - though in fairness Anna (?), the owner, came down herself and helped me put my bags in the room. Slightly weirder was the fact that a cleaning lady knocked on the door as I was about to leave on the 1st morning I was there - I said to give me 10-15 mins and she left. The next I thing I have an apology from the hotel via Booking.com for the cleaning lady "disturbing me" - which is all fine - except for the fact that my room was then not cleaned ONCE in my entire stay! No replaced towels or toilet paper etc. Also no air conditioning - though the ceiling fan helps a bit.

Very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and check out. Overall high comfort, and provided of complete equipment. The new city center is a few blocks northwards, while the old citadel is a couple of km northwards, but easily accessible with metro or bus.

A better obscuration of the windows may be appreciable especially during spring/summer. Suggestion: some welcome food (cookies, fruit) would enhance the sense of welcome.

Clean and well designed unit. The location was great for me and I liked that it was an actual neighborhood and not a bunch of hotels.

Had to request more coffee pods even though I was for extra when booking. Also a toaster and laundry detergent would be wonderful additions.

Very central location, within a few minutes walking distance from city centre; straightforward and no contact check-in (with code); security guard on site; spacious bedroom with small but well equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Coffee machine with a few pods and a couple bottles of water were a nice touch. Would recommend for a short city break or business trip. Compared to similar apartments nearby, it is good value for money.

Bathroom is rather small and could do with some touch ups - there were no hooks to hang towels, no toilet paper holder, no space to put toiletries.

Location was great and the apartment was clean.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn't be locked. The walls are quite thin, so you could hear other people speaking loudly or opening doors/leaving.

Staff not very attentive, lack of personal touch. Have reported a problem with shower head, no response at all, not event to a message of apology.

The location is great, very central, close to the central station. The building and the apartment itself are very beautiful, cosy and clean.

The kitchen was not so well equipped (we found no cutting board, for example). The bathroom needs a bit of renovation - the shower door was leaking, the water tap was not quite stable, it was difficult to close it.
