The location of the hotel is very central and is right next to shopping malls, shops, a tram stop and central Street. We arrived before check-in time from a night flight and even though check-in should have been at 3:00 p.m., we got 2 rooms at 11:00 a.m. at no extra charge. Breathtaking view of the 27th floor, relatively large room, clean, excellent bathroom equipped with bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel and body cream. We did not order breakfast in advance and we were offered to pay for 2 adults and we received for 2 children for free. The meal was good even though they served the same thing every day - it was worth the price. The hotel has a gym which we used, there were live music performances in the bar downstairs. On the reception floor there is a room with board games that is open all the time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The location and the staff were great. The hotel is very nice and comfortable, the breakfast, despite being a bit expensive was very varied and tasty.

However, the hotel is in a middle of rebuilding. That means that all the afternoon was very noisy and we couldn’t stay at the room at all ! Since we had two room, one of which was for 70+ couple it was critical for us. The hotel staff was very nice and tried to be thoughtful, but it definitely was a weighting factor. It should be more clear while reserving the rooms that after lunch time and until 6pm, every day, you cannot stay or enjoy staying your room

The location is perfect, metro and tram stations are nearby, it is close to tourist places as well as bars and clubs and restaurants. And the view was above what I paid for, but that was thanks to luck that my room was towards the main street.

Bathroom for two things, first is the non existent (or me not knowing about it?) AC that would ventilate all the steam and moisture out, this with inability to fully open the window (it can be opened only a little so no proper draft) created not so comfy atmosphere in the room. And the shower had appliances for handicapped, however to me personally they took too much space in the shower and I often banged my knees into them, but I understand to remove/add them for each visit would be too time consuming.

Clean room, the 35 sq. m. one is really spacious, so it was really comfortable to stay with child. Also, the lobby bar has children zone. Our child liked it so much, so we could relax while having a meal, that’s really a perfect match for families with a child (our is 2 years old). Besides, I would like to acknowledge staff responsiveness, everyone was friendly and always happy to help with our questions.

The only thing that gave us inconvenience was the location of the room right behind the elevator shaft. during the day it did not cause any inconvenience, but at night it was quite noisy, which made it difficult to relax.

We came to Warsaw after a few days in Krakow to find out that we had forgotten a gackage in Krakow. The people from the hotel reception helped me order a courier service to get us the missing package. It took registration to a very complicated polish app. Only in polish. Three hotel employees worked for 4 whole hours to make it happen. I am very greaful to Artem, Olga and Suzana. They were patient, kind, and polite through the whole process. In other words, they were great! Everything else was great, too. The location, breakfast, and the whole experience. Thank you very much!

We stay here always when visiting Warsaw which we do several times a year. We choose Novotel because of location and the high quality of hotel. The staff is excellent and client service oriented. We will continue to always book here. Best hotel in Warsaw for price range!

Unfortunately we came at a time where renovations were taking place in the part of hotel we were in, which made staying in the room unbearable during the day. The hotel was very accommodating and we were moved to another part of the hotel right away far away from the noise. Hotel should be upfront about renovations planned and ensure awareness on booking/check-in.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy check-in, allowed check-in earlier than 3 PM. After the check-out hotel kindly took care of our luggage for several hours until our train arrived. Location is top notch, a wide variety of restaurants in the area, as well as subway station and shopping malls. The hotel is located right next to Warszawa Centralna railway station, so it's easy to get to. The palace of culture and science is also nearby and is visible from the hotel windows. The room is spacious, and AC is working, so the room is cool in summer. Plenty of towels and bed sheets as well as pillows were provided with the possibility to request more. The safe is standard like everywhere, spacious, everything fits no problems. The TV is not smart, but a small selection of tv stations are available to enjoy. Unfortunately our room was looking out into the wrong area so the view wasn't good, if you're lucky you can get a very good view on the square with skyscrapers. All hotel services could be ordered through your phone by scanning the QR code provided with the room. Good selection of foods for breakfast, everything is delicious, although a bit expensive, 135 zl for 2 people a night at the time of writing. The reception area is one of the best i've seen, Xbox kinect is available for guests to enjoy while waiting, two Mac books for surfing the internet, and a big selection of different seats. In a separate room nearby table football and tennis are available as well as more seats. Free wifi is available throughout the entire hotel.

The kettle in the room was leaking. We were situated on the 19th floor, and the bar next to the hotel was open every night, disrupting our sleep every time from how loud it was even through closed windows. Elevators, unfortunately, are always busy as the hotel is big, so expect up to 2 minutes of wait. Very small amount of body wash and shampoo provided to the guests (I would say it's the standard amount in hotels but wish it was more, especially in the summer).

Breakfast was various. Location of the hotel is the best - near the most of popular transport types - metro, buses, trams. The view was marvelous. The staff did a very good job of cleaning the room, adding fresh drinks and making the bed well.

1) Inconvenient that the staff knocked for cleaning when I didn't plan to leave. Some hotels had systems that made it possible to see that guests were not there for cleaning. 2) Once they called from the reception because of someone's complaint and rather rudely accused me that I smoke in the room, despite the fact that I am a non-smoker. Instead, they could at least go to the floor - there was some kind of party in the next room and in the corridor until 2 am and everything would fall into place

I have stayed only one night (transit), and that is the hotel, that I was looking for for long years in Warsaw. Personnel, clearness, and beauty from inside in each detail. All my additional (if possible, of course) were done: 1. level (25 floor) 2. View (I have opened curtains and never closed them anymore) I attach pictures, those are the window view 3. I had to print out a lot of documents urgently - I received my copies in a few minutes 4. I am sure, the bed is perfect, but more worked than slept) 5. Rituals cosmetics ... my favorite Karma line... 6. Close to Station, Shopping mall, internationally knew the coffee cafe Once i tried, and will never make experiments anymore.

Breakfast was good, though very crowded since its such a big hotel. Lots of choices, but you definitely do need to go early to avoid the crowds. Great location near the train station, multiple tram/bus stops, and within a half hour walk of old town if you like to walk. Decent gym on top floor of hotel.

If you stay on the first 16 floors, to use the gym you have to come down to the lobby first to go get another elevator to go back up to the gym on the 31 floor. Not a huge issue, but sometimes you ended up having to wait a few minutes as there are a lot of people in this hotel. Also, no plugs anywhere near the beds. All the plugs in the room are along one wall opposite of the beds.
