The location was perfect - not too close to the main square, just a few mins walk which meant at night time it wasn’t super noisy. Check in process was really easy esp as it was 1am due to flight delay. The staff kindly kept our luggage on the last day so we could explore the city more. The apartment itself was very good! Some renovations being done throughout the complex and depending on group size, there were a range of fancier apartments as well as more basic. Our apartment was in between that, towels and washing machine provided, access to TV and wifi and very comfy beds. Bathroom was so lovely, exceptionally clean and a lovely shower.

As a group of 5, the living space could’ve been a bit bigger, it was quite cramped and not enough sofa to go round! No smoke alarms in the room which is a necessity. The front door to apartment was quite flimsy, it would not have taken much to break in but the apartment was opposite the night porter / cleaning station.

The location was great lots of restaurants down stairs. Corner shop few steps away. Pancake house too. Would def recommend

Most properties on booking.com Has free cancellation so when we changed our plans to bring forward by a week I automatically cancelled booking & rebooked straight away but I was charged full price for cancellation ( it had said it surely) I emailed explaining that I had cancelled but rebooked exact same for week early But they they wouldn’t refund. I also got in touch with booking.com Who tried on my behalf to get refund but sane response - no. So while I no hesitation recommending for any other reason just be very careful should you need to cancel. I realize I should have changed dates on prof booking but hardly crime of a lifetime cancel & rebook. Just be sure you can fulfill booking before paying for this property

Loved the spaciousness and facilities in the apartment along with the location to the main square and restaurants within the building.

No TV during our trip and didn't know until signs went up 2 days later, even though I had asked one of the staff. Apartment could benefit with having a brush, mop for cleaning as we go along. Also a microwave/toaster could be good. Would be good to have a bell to reach the night attendant in the event we forgot the code for the night door. Was able to phone though and made contact with him. But overall really enjoyed the apartment and Wrosclaw and we are looking at booking again and will hopefully get to stay in Galeria Italiana if available...and bring more friends.

We arrived early straight from airport and apartment was ready straight away the lady at the desk was very helpful. Location was spot on, apartment was clean smart and warm and it was very cold outside. Secure building plus apartment door had a good lock so felt safe with my family inside

Personal preference but would have liked to have been able to have a shower, there was a shower head in the bath but wasn't set up to stand for a shower

lots of communication from the host. easy to access. Understanding and hospitable manager. Did all they could to rectify an issue beyond their control.

Lack of hot water availability - although they offered us another room to shower in on 2nd morning, so was provided a solution. No blind on only window in appartment - just made it really bright early in the morning when would have preferred to sleep in a little longer. door lock barrel kept slipping, meaning it was quite difficult to open and lock. radiators never got beyond 'a bit warm' even when on top heat from day one. Crazy sensor of the entrancehall light through late evening meant it kept flicking on and off without warning - fortunately it stopped by midnight, but it did this intermittantly through our stay.

The location was excellent..just a two minute walk into the beautiful old town square. The apartment was large, spacious and bright. It had 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a lovely living area with a large sofa bed and a balcony.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The mattresses badly need to be replaced. When I was lying down I could feel the springs digging into to me. It was extremely uncomfortable. If the mattress were replaced with decant new ones I would give this accommodation a 10 rating.

apartment was rather dated with the sofa in poor condition. marks on walls would benefit from being freshened up and purchasing a new sofa there were holes in some of the doors in apartment it would also be good to have a place to leave luggage as we arrived late morning but couldn't access apartment until after 2pm

The location was fantastic 2 minutes from the main square. Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. We were very lucky to have a great weekend for the weather and the air conditioning was a great thing to have. Loved the city and will certainly by returning.

The bathroom was a strange design - was virtually standing up when going to the loo!

The shower is in the wrong place, it should be over the plug hole. In order to stop it showering the rest of the bathroom you have to point it at the hinge of the bath screen. However this isn't properly sealed so the bathroom floor gets flooded. The floor of the bath is lethally slippy. It also should be made clear that there is no "reception" whatsoever other than a phone number.

We had a really good stay at Galeria Italiana Apartments. We booked an apartment for four of us and it wasn’t as fancy as the ones pictured on the listing. However we were a stones throw from the centre which was fab and it was clean, spacious and comfortable. There’s a cafe nearby which is happy to look after your bags before/after check in too!

We stayed for three nights and nobody came in to change towels or top up loo roll. There is also a fair bit of work going on currently, it didn’t bother us but be mindful.
