Location was perfect and the breakfast was good. Lovely staff and very accommodating. Great choice of breakfast apart from hot food for English people, but there was enough choice to fill up on cold foods.

The leisure facility’s were not as expected !! No staff around, no drinks available other than water that ran out. Swimming Pool was far too cold, jacuzzi too hot to enjoy and had to get out as we both felt ill within minutes, the sauna you need to request for it to be put on, so takes too long to reach required temp !!

Breakfasts are sumptuous.Rooms are spotlessly clean,quiet and have everything you need.The reception and breakfast staff are welcoming,friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. This hotel is brilliant.The pool was genuinely warm and the jacuzzi was divine. The location is just off the main Rynek and perfect for the City Centre,yet quiet and calm. Really good value for money.The coffee is superb.

2 things.The carpets are a strange design,very Polish but sadly it looks like have been ruined by spilt bleach.,and it does not quite work.I would change them as soon as funds allow for something a little more conservative,but this is purely a matter of taste, Secondly,the jacuzzi really needs a hand rail as I struggled to get in and out safely.This is a cheap quick fix and should be done straight away.We came as a party of 3 in 3 rooms for 4 nights, and we could not have had a better time.

The location was great, superb breakfast with a great choice of meat, cheese, freshly baked bread, waffles, pancakes, desserts, fruits, vegetables. Scrambled eggs were excellent. They even have a juice making machine so you can make yourself a fresh! The staff are very helpful and friendly, beautiful room (we had a junior sweet on the 5th floor), swimming facilities were great, jacuzzi and sauna were very nice. Highly recommended!

That’s a shame there is no toilet on the ground floor (where the restaurants are), which is a slight inconvenience. Also, the water in the swimming pool could have been a bit warmer. Other than that it was amazing!

Very central, just a couple of minutes walk to the main square, but far enough away from the noise. The hotel is ideal for visiting the main attractions and less than 5 minutes walk to the tram stop at the shopping centre. The taxi ride from the airport was about £20.00, the hotel organised with a local taxi firm the return trip. Obviously Uber available too. There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops within a few minutes stroll. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has all the amenities expected of a 4 star and was very clean. The rooms have Air-con which was a must whilst we were there in July and there are umbrellas that can be borrowed in reception.

There was some construction going on in the hotel with upgrading of rooms. The noise did not disturb us however, it did affect my room choice. I booked a superior room but this was not available due to the proximity of the work. I was given a room that was considerably cheaper than the one I booked. I did complain and got moved after the first night to a suite. Was at the hotel with a large group, note some of the hotel rooms have a dated feeling due to the more traditional furniture, but comfortable and clean, there were no complaints.

The room is neat and homely decorated. The mattress is very soft, it probably doesn't suit everyone, I slept great. For a person traveling by train, this hotel is a very good choice because you can walk to the station, the main square is like 3-minute walk. Very nice breakfast, right next to there is a micro playroom for children, so they don't get bored while breakfast, baby chair available 👶 small fridge in the room, water dispensers in the corridor. I don't need anything more, and if I don't feel the difference, why overpay?

What a great place to stay! Your staff deserves a pay rise . Everyone was so welcoming and helpful- starting with a lady at the reception then staff at the bar/restaurant- amazing! Can’t praise them enough. The rooms are very spacious, incredibly clean and they equipped in everything (and more) you might need or want. Superb location, so close to main square, lots of entertainment around. Nice little swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna- it could get busy at the evenings, but lovely to use it and relax during the day (robes ready at the room, free of charge). Excellent breakfast- great choice of everything, cooked, continental, you name it. All in all it was an amazing stay. Would recommend to anyone. Big thank you to all staff members

Mattress was excellent. Proximity to centre. Room is very good size and well stocked. Water dispenser in collidor is such a great touch.

Bin containers in corridor next to both lifts, they smelled bad as there were no lids and containers weren't discreet. Especially the one by the secondary lift, the whole corridor smelled bad. Plus it looked awful, not something you expect to see in a hotel. Only stayed for 1 night as had to leave very early in morning so wasn't that big of a deal but if stayed longer I would be asking for different room as my room was next to lift and smell was unpleasant when opening the door. There was dust on the back of a bidet and around the bathtub.

balcony door was faulty and kept locking (room 518). the hallway carpet was worn and damaged, no free coffee in reception as stated, no slippers or dressing gowns to wear to the pool, breakfast restaurant not managed good, no one to check names or refill of food when empty unless prompted by guests. no replenishment of tea/ coffee in room over 3 days, no mini bar as stated .

The staff was very friendly and warm. I was quite impressed with the gentleman at the reception. Upon check-in, there was a rather long line of guests, and he managed to maintain an air of calm while treating each guest with genuine kindness. (These are small things I look for.) Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of things for all dietary needs. The bathroom is a real treat! The location is genuinely fantastic -- a stone's throw from everything!

The room doesn't have a safe/lockbox. Evidently, the suites do, which is strange. They said it was possible to store items at reception. It's not so much my laptop, passports, etc.; it's my seizure medication that I cannot chance disappearing. The refrigerator in our room wasn't working. We were informed someone would fix it, but no one came. Upon opening it, it is evident that someone had tried unsuccessfully to keep meat in it but failed to keep it fresh. We had to dispose of our cheese. Naturally, a $32 bottle of wine, which we hoped to enjoy our first evening, didn't chill. We did manage to get a bucket of ice. The carpets are rather old. The lack of a room safe/lockbox was my biggest issue.
